Can only rest in push-up position, i.e. nothing but hands and toes can be on the ground at any time, or the test is terminated. Must lower to 3” from ground (touch chest to partners fist) and then return to arms fully extended for rep to count.

Complete as many reps as possible in 2 minutes. Arms must cross at chest and hands must remain in contact with shoulders or upper arms.
