How to Pay

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express for online, mobile app, phone and front desk registrations. At the front desk we also accept cash and checks made payable to RUSH Copley Healthplex.

Course Confirmation by Email

You will receive an email confirmation of your registration which may also be viewed in your online account.

Wait Lists

Wait lists will be created when a class or session becomes full. If a spot should become available you will be contacted by phone or email.

Cancellations and Make-Ups

If the Healthplex needs to cancel a class or lesson you will be notified by phone or email. Please make sure we have the correct contact information on your account. Whenever possible, should the Healthplex cancel a class, we will offer a make-up class or lesson.

Waivers of Liability

To participate in our programming, you will be asked to sign a waiver releasing RUSH Copley Healthplex of any and all liability.

Refunds/Credits

Refund requests may be made by contacting the Business Office, Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at (630) 978-6739 or by email at RCMC_RCH_Business_Office@rush.edu. Refunds require 72 hours notification prior to the start of the session to receive a full refund. If the request is less than 72 hours, credits will be issued for the classes/lessons/sessions remaining. If the program is half over, no refunds or credits will be issued. One-day classes (pickleball, massage, personal training, court reservations, etc.) require 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice, a refund or credit will not be issued. Should a full session or program be cancelled by the Healthplex, a refund will be issued.

Medical Refunds

Refunds for medical reasons must be accompanied by a physician note explaining the reason for withdrawal. Submissions after 10 days of the missed class will not be considered. Qualified medical refunds will receive the full amount of the classes/lessons/sessions missed.

Photo/Video Policy

Please be advised that by registering for a program or class, participating in an activity, attending an event, or using our facility and property you authorize the Healthplex to use these photos and video footage for promotional purposes in Healthplex publications, advertising, marketing materials, brochures, event flyers, social media (including but not limited to Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and other social media sites). No additional prior notice or permission is necessary. No compensation will be paid to anyone in these photos/videos. All photos/videos are property of the Healthplex.

All-Access Membership

• Receive one month free. Prepay for 12 months and receive your 13th month free.

• One individual adult add-on per household.

Tennis Only Membership

A tennis only membership includes access to tennis programming, teams, special events and court rentals at member pricing. Locker rooms and amenities are not included.

Adult Junior (17 and under)

Winter Holiday Membership

Memberships are for one week. Available starting November 18 to December 31. Contact the Membership office for details at (630) 978-6280. $50/week with current member$75/week without current member.

Gift Certificates

Give the gift of fitness and wellness anytime of the year. Healthplex gift certificates are great for all occasions and are available for massage, personal training, tennis and more. Stop by the front desk to purchase.

Locker Rental

Are you tired of bringing your workout gear back and forth every visit? Rent a locker and keep your things at the Healthplex. Both men’s and women’s lockers are available to rent monthly or yearly. Receive one month free when you pay for a year in full. Contact Membership for more details.
