NEW! Yoga for Back Care
Join Neeta Mohanty as she leads this workshop of safe, effective yoga poses for back pain relief. Studies repeatedly show that practicing yoga can help relieve lower back pain in addition to conventional therapeutic exercises and prescribed physical therapy treatment. Often the back pain is due to poor posture, biological weakness of muscles because of sedentary life, wear and tear of vertebral column or accidents.

Self-Defense Workshop for Women and Teens
This one-day workshop is designed for women and teens to teach common sense approaches to personal safety. Self-defense means both the physical act of defending yourself from attack and the precautions you can take to prevent trouble before it gets physical. The class will have a short lecture on the fundamental principles of avoid, fight, escape, followed by practicing escapes from grabs and striking targets.
Instructor Dave Carr has more than 40 years of experience instructing self-defense and a wide variety of martial arts. He is an 8th degree black belt in Seisanryu Karate.

This class is designed for the mom who wants to be more active, build strength, improve cardio and core stability in a fun and socially engaging environment. Child care is available for children ages 6 weeks to 11 years. Moms must be at least 6 weeks postpartum. 4-week session.
