Now, whilst it might not be possible for every country, government, CEO or business executive to follow suit, COVID-19 has certainly got us here at RUSU thinking about leadership styles. As we prepare to say a very fond farewell to our current officer team and a warm hello to our new Sabbs for 2020/21, we’re asking whose leadership style inspires us? (And our first answer would be Jacinda!)
