PROJECT SALE & LEASE As a direct result of our project management activities, we have a consultancy services offer for sale or lease of under construction projects. Also, we present and promote projects developed particularly for sale or lease purposes, such as new apartment buildings, office & commercial spaces. Successful projects – this is our goal, as well as our clients’. Therefore, we assist them to obtain the most suitable finance packages, appropriate constructors and architects. Moreover, we provide a Marketing and Advertising Package which includes corporate identity (name, logo), web communication, sales materials (brochures, catalogues), monitoring etc. The final Project Sale & Lease stage implies database or direct work to successfully sale or lease the project.

ASSET SALES We offer for sale certain assets which have reached their full potential (entirely leased office or apartment buildings). In response to market conditions and clients’ needs we can initiate an asset sales program, purpose of which is to reposition the portfolio we manage and benefit from rates capitalization. Such properties are both single-tenant and multi-tenant constructions, with long term lease contracts and / or well established tenants.
ASSET RENTALS We ensure to have the highest occupancy rate for commercial properties (retail or office use) managed or owned by us. We engaged in this process in order to acquire good credit tenants, and prepare our clients for possible difficult market conditions. Our specialized department works directly with our clients to find the best strategies to keep these credit tenants.

LOULIS | We provided real-estate consultancy in the process of selling the former bread factory Titan and the relocation of the company (including the development of the sales and marketing strategies, consultancy and support with all the documents implied by the selling, as well as preliminary negotiations with potential buyers).

HERCESA | We offered our real-estate expertise for the acquisition of two locations presently developed by the Spanish company. VOLKSBANK | The financial expert chose the services of a real-estate expert. Therefore, we provided Volksbank real-estate consultancy regarding the purchase of the land parcel needed for the headquarter building (including professional advice for developing the Urban Landscaping Plan and the project theme). GENERAL JAPONIA | It was an honor for us to exclusively represent the group in the process of acquisition and real-estate development on the Romanian market, offering them real-estate consultancy and project management. VIGOGEOINVEST | We provided realestate expert counseling in the process of purchasing land parcels used by the company for developing residential projects (including consultancy for landscaping plans and project themes). We coordinated the process of selling the developed projects (which included creating the sales and marketing strategies, coordinating the national sales divisions, as well as the countrywide sales agents).
