5 Tips To Be Stay Active At Home During The COVID-19 Pandemic? The COVID-19 lockdown has ushered us into summer. As states begin to reopen, schools will not resume until fall. It might be a dream come true for school kids, but the reality is harsh. In this summer break, we aren’t vacationing. We are not going to water parks or local playground. The majority of us are spending as much as time indoor due to the risk of COVID-19 looming overhead.

In earlier days, spending time at home with a family was a novel idea. Everyone was busy with Netflix binge, baking with kids, and tackling long put off projects, etc. Now the kids are bored and climbing the wall, so what we can do to maintain an active lifestyle while staying at home. Yes, this will likely require a quick run to the store, but it is something that will keep your mind diverted from lockdown stress and anxiety. Moreover, gardening is the best choice for kids' activity. It allows them to take some sunshine, enjoy fresh air, and get their hands dirty in the soil. #3. Take physical education sessions Just because schools are closed, it doesn’t mean your kids can’t learn about physical education.
