Over the years I have manged to utilize resources, environments, and mentors to cultivate an aesthetic that is now seen in print collateral, websites and advertising campaigns on a global scale. Working with industry leading print, web, and interaction design professionals has allowed me to win clients and gain respect amongst my peers.

A startup Hawaii based tea company. Cara’s Kambucha entrusted me with the designs of their brand Identity and package graphics.

With offices in Colorado & California, this boutique real estate firm enlisted my talent to generate for them brand Identity which included: Company logo, business cards, real estate graphics, envelopes and brochure templates.

A start up magazine located in Hawaii, hired me to develop branding for their company. I Developed this concept as well as 5 others I presented to them. In the end they decided to go with “Walkway Bold” a free font download from dafont.com. ---- LAME.

This was a conceptual logo design for a boutique lingerie designer.

Responsible for the operations and training of eight café locations wherein I was held accountable for establishing operational efficiency, monitoring the progress and development of 56 café employees, initiating via communication with area supervisors and store managers sales building techniques, promotions, recruitment efforts and public announcements.

Fashioned the existing framework for the McDonald’s Café concept, pioneering a ground breaking structure for the presentation and operations of McDonald’s people and place based upon an aggressive business model.

Collaborated with the Architectural Department to design several layouts for our current café locations, which would consider speed of service, operational efficiency and ease of use in its design.

Co-created and implemented employee job descriptions, roles and expectations, for McDonald’s Café concept.

Created employee training manuals and established on site trainers for several café locations.

Worked with national vendors to manage over ordered, expired or delinquent product deliveries. Collectively generating adequate par levels for a market wide distribution.

Established a set pay range for new and current employees that would reflect a skill based pay scale.

Established and maintained a system of sales tracking which allowed for proper analysis and management of current market trends on a weekly and monthly basis and acting in a timely manner with adequate merchandising and promotional events to help generate sales.

Selected and established a novel approach to crew uniforms creating an over all look and presentation that was both fashionable and effective. Conceptualized and actively applied several sales building and recruitment techniques to be enacted by eight café managers.

Developed a roster management system by which I could create and establish a thorough and well organized training and development program. Awarded the highest tip factor in the West Division of 173.1% Worked with the Marketing Department to develop new menu board concepts, training and development materials, POP and other café graphics.
