All ceramic floor tile to be laid on scratch coat. • Metal strip thresholds where ceramic flooring abuts other flooring. • 40 oz. PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) broadloom with 10mm underpad in all non tiled areas of the main and second floor (where applicable). SECURITY • Fully installed basic security system consisting of all external opening doors to be contacted, one motion detector, one siren, and a DSC Power 632 control pad or equivalent with associated hardware, programming and client demonstration with Purchasers order of monitoring service from Vendors Supplier. • Entry resistant framing, hinges and striker plates, reinforced with extra long screws on all exterior doors and additional blocking on all exterior door jams.
