Introduction At Kwik Kopy, our clients inspire us everyday to go above and beyond to find solutions that help them succeed in their business. From everyday business essentials to complex and integrated marketing communications, we’re here for you. Each quarter we surveyed customers from across the country about their relationship with their local Kwik Kopy Centre as well as the products & services they received in each previous quarter. The process saw us engage with over 2,000 customers who shared their experiences by way of testimonial. We’ve chosen a selection of testimonials gathered in 2014 and 2015 and compiled them in this booklet. We are proud to say that 94% of testimonials gathered were 5 out of 5 ratings, whilst only 4.6% were neutral (3 to 4 out of 5) and 1.4% were negative (1 to 2 out of 5). A big thank you to the customers that provided testimonials and feedback, this will serve to enhance the Kwik Kopy group and provide recognition to the staff and Owners about the work they do everyday.
