Wo o d House Competition: Polas Competition Location: Nerima, Tokyo Project type: House Semester: ba3 Introduction: The goal of the project is to make a open but private house in the ordinal suburb in Tokyo. I make a cozy space with wood layers as t re e s in t he city. Sunlight filter through t he t rees and it makes the space tasteful. Local people take a rest and gather here. On the other hand , the resident enjoy the space here.

Competition: Daito Kentaku Competition Result : Prize Location: Surburb, Osaka , Japan Project type: Apartment Semester: ba3 Collaboration: Takuya Hirano Introduction: The purpose of the project is to make future apartment in 2055. The site is suburb in Osaka where is the 3rd city in Japan. In Osaka, polulation is decreasing . So I present apartment which have many public houses. Public house have 6 type of program. And in the public houses, local people can get together and do many kind of activity . And left sapce is for residence. The resident space have various size for various type of people. You can also enjoy sequence of inside. The Public houses are connected , so when you go some public houses , you go through other public houses and meet local people and residents.

Competition: Toshiba Future Elevator Competition Result: 1st Prize Project type: Vehicle Semester: ba2 Collaborati on: Kentaro Nomura Introduction: The aim of the project is to invent future energy system and vehicle. In the future , fossil resource will have gone. We need to make new energy system. I propose bio-energy system which use Nitrogen. Potato and bean have strength in poor situation. They live with fungi which convert Nitrogen to Ammonia for energy. Ammonia have the same energy of methanol. Further more Nitrogen is the substance which occupy about 80 percent of the atmosphere. I make surface which is covered with the fungi. And charging from the atmosphere become possible. The invention make new energy system , new community on the air , new economic area, safety from the earthquake.
