Satellite Radar
Satellite Radar : The radar satellite will be used in order to give out signal to the drones. The radar will also be used for the operator in order to capture their location so that the drone are able to reach to the right customer house.
Power Supply: The power supply has pipes that are been connected to the batteries cylinder this is because the power that is been collected from the study pod are then has been distributed among the charging plates.
Drone Station : All the drone station will be scattered around the four main study pod area.
The charging pads will placed around above the roof level, so it will be floating in the sky. As a result, this will make the take off easy for the drones.
Users : The users will still use the greenery aground the pod to study about it but they will also be able to see how the delivery of the fresh vegetables grown in to the farm are been done. This is why the pods where inserted within the study pod. So the user are able to experience the new delivery process.
Net ShieldCharging Plates
Charging Plates: The charging plates is where all the drones are going to be resting when they are not going to be any delivery. The plates will be powered by the batteries that are been connected to the batteries. The batteries will be supplying all the energy that will be needed to charge up the drones. Therefore, it can reach to its destination.

Net Shield: The net shield has been used for weather protection because the station will be exposed out in the air.The net has been also added where they have opening which will allow the drone to be secure and it wont be exposed to people.
Batteries : The batteries has been connected to the power supply pipes so that it charges up by the energy. Then energy will be transferred to the station plates where the drone will be charged.
Steps: The step has been used where the people are able go up in the station and check if there is any type of technical difficulties they will be able to go up by using these staircases.
The climbing steps is for the drone management, where they are able to climb up. To check on the drone charging station.
Fruits and Vegetables has been ordered to be taken by the drone !
Programme: The programme of the study pod is to provide the people of the study pod a space where they investigate the and more about the plants that are around the study pod.
Operating Chamber
Operating Chamber: The operating chamber is where the people will be using the TV screen will be provided and the through that the operator will be able to bring the drone down from the station to the him where he will be bale to hang the packages.
Drone Station: The drone station was designed in order to carry out services like delivering the fresh vegetables to the Hackney wick door step. The purpose of taking this step was to actually for post pandemic reason, having this kind of service will allow the people safely still carry out their daily vegetable shopping.
Furthermore, if there is anymore pandemic that take place in the future , the idea of this new technology could do really well and will keep all people safe because people will be able to use this air delivering service which will bring their ultimate vegetables to their door step.
The delivery for the fresh and fruit and vegetable will be ordered by the user of the urban farm. The app will allow the people to actually pick and collect the fruit and vegetable.
Then when the order will be hanged to the drone it will be then delivered to the requested location to the door steep of the user.
The Drone Station
The illustration of the drone station demonstrates how the drone station will be functioning along all the other programme with in the urban farm.
The drone station is just a platform where drones will be resting in order to collect all the fresh vegetables that are been produces by Hackney Harvest.
Furthermore the drone station will be located inside the study pod so as the people come to the inside the study pod to farm. People will be able to see the process of how the farm will be delivering to other customers.

Study Pod and Drone Station: The drone station and study pod has been placed together in order to allow the user to experience the spatial space in a different way which will allow the user to experience the space freely because the study pod only consist of a open floor and it does not consist of any farming. The farming takes place around the space across the entire steel structure.
The steel frame will have cuts out through the pod which will be for the drone station. Through out the station the workers will be able to actually use their chamber in order control the out coming and incoming drones.
Furthermore, the concept of placing the station with in the study pod was to allow the user to engage with the greenery around the steel frame which will allows users to explore about the spices as well as about the delivery.

Programmatic Content | Vertical Farming Boxes
The vertical farming was previously used with in the urban farm. However, the farm will be used where the people will be able to actually be also use this new way of farming inside the farm, where the people will also be able to use the indoor space in order to learn and explore how to garden where the tress will be placed with squares.
The squares boxes will have different type of layers inside which will allow the plants to grow through. The inside of the boxes will have elements that will have elements like water pipes which will be used later on the day to mechanically used to water the plants with in the urban farm when the users wont be around.
Steel frames : The steel frame will be the basic structure that will be holding up the frame. In order for the other panels to be joined on to the frame. They will have to be welded as a result they will stay safe and stable on to its place.
Back Panels: The back panel will be the space where all the secondary structure will be connected to them.
Secondary Structure: The secondary structure will be used to keep hold of the back panels.

Water System: The water system will be placed in the middle of the pipes which will allow the water be spread through out farm boxes.
Irritation pipe: The irritation pipe are the pipes that will be used in order to plant the greenery.
The water will equally distributed through out the boxes using those irritation pipes which will allow the people the plants to get as much as water which will allow them to carry out photosynthesis.
Hydro phonic Skin
Hydroponic skin: Hydroponics is to allow the plants roots to come in direct contact with the nutrient solution, while also having access to oxygen, which is essential for proper growth.
The vegetation will be attached to the boxes where the soil will be placed 40 mm deep within the box. As a result, this soil will hold on place aswell as the plants.
Water system: The water system has been added through the vertical farming box. This is because the boxes will have water pipes running through the bud filled box which will allow the water to be passed through out the pipes that are connect to the frames that the water than be consumed by the plants that are grown.
This mechanical way of water the plants was done in order to systematically maintain the plant in good condition. Therefore, when the users are not around the space internal structure will be utilised through technology to water the plants.
Plants : On top the plant will seat, which will grow through out he entire cube and behind that screen there will be all the program set in order to keep the vegetation alive.

Marsh land: The floor of the indoor farm be different from the other floor this is because the indoor vertical farming floor will consist of and different plant and the reason for doing this is to allows allow the people to actually experience the garden to be magical and also learn have a similar environment as if they were in an actual outdoor garden. 2m The design considers the current situation of covid 19. Therefore since the space will be shared between the public. Therefore in the future it any similar situation undertake people might have to consider the 2 m gap so that they still carry on learning and growing vegetables.
This the second floor of the marsh land and it has small pockets where the floor has pockets where the vertical farming boxes will be go through the pockets. As a result, since this is the second floor of the indoor farming it will have stair case which will allow people to up and down.
Underground passage way : The spatial space will be build underground this is because the space above will be used for the people to go from one side of the urban to the farm where two different programs are been set. The purpose of having this ungrounded passage was to hide all the toilet and offices out of the users view. The underground passage also allow people to keep the flow of people to be much more smooth because this is because the people are able to use the space above and they are still able to go from one space to another.
Vertical Farming Boxes: The Vertical Farming boxes will be then inserted through each of the gap in between the marsh land floor. The purpose of having a vertical farm was to allow the people to learn how to grow fruits and vegetables and also being able to feel like they are farming in an outdoor farming.
The underground passage also allows people to go from one side of the building to another with out using the overground space. The underground space also offers the farm worker office space with a library fitted on the wall, where they can carry out any administration work.
This space will be used by the public as well as the worked of the urban farm. This space was designed ungrounded away from the visitors eye. Therefore, the space has been separate male and female toilets which also come with a small shower room. Therefore, the people are allowed to wash themselves after a long time farming.
The ungrounded passage will connect to the main entrance threshold, which allow the people to enter from outside into the urban farm. The threshold comes with an ramp which has been added in order to allow disable people into the building easily.
These boxes will later on be slide through the pockets which will be hanged from study pod. The distance between each of farming box will be 2 m. Therefore, when the people are walking through they are still maintaining the 2 m gap which should be constant through out for the post pandemic.
The purpose of having the vertical was to give the user space where they are freely allowed to walk through the space and have experience that they are farming outdoor.

Farm_1: This indoor vertical far is the new feature that has been added to the farm in order to allow trhe people of the hackney wick to grown their vegetable in two different styles. The difference between box farming and the vertical farming is that the box farming makes you only farm with in the space and does not gives you the freedom to move around as much. Therefore, the urban farm should be the place where the people are able to communicate with other people and also interact with the space so they are able to learn how to grow vegetable.
Therefore the indoor vertical farming will be the space gives the user of the farm much more freedom to go surround and use the space which will allows them to actually give them walking into a magical garden which will have a lot of boxes which will allow the user to have a similar experience because people are able to walk around the space and see different types of fruits and vegetables. This way the space will become much more educational top all type of
The railing has been added to the indoor internal floor this is because the floor is been connected to the main floor of the urban farm. Therefore, it has been added for the safety reason of the users. The railing has different levels and this is because I wanted the user to be able to use those different levels to actually look in to the tectonic moment.

Vertical FarmVertical FarmThe floor plates will be laid in stack and that same will be mirrored allows to creating a void. In terms of the users experience with programme and the spatial organisation will change notion of online shopping the users used to. The physical experience will encourage the people to come use the space more often which will give them life time knowledge on to grow vegetables practically as well theoretically.
Retail
Retail: The other side part of the of farm consist of retail as well as urban farm same principal has been applied in this side of the building. Through this design the building consist of the program of learning and retailing. The learning of how to grow fresh fruits and vegetables will take place on the floor and the retail will be taking place with in ground floor. The indoor vertical farming (marsh land) will also be taking place above the retail section. Therefore, half of the retail section has been left open so the people are able to still use tectonic moment in order to visualise on the other side of the urban farm.
In order to prevent the user from falling off the floor this railing will be used which are made from thin wire and will be all around the floor.

Staircase Farming The staircase farm was formed in order to allow the users of the farm where they have the farm to walk around and these was achieved by making the space open. The communal space has been formed in order to allow the user of the farm. To use it where they can do lectures since the space is open when people are talking it will reach out to others.
Retail Programme The retail space has been kept open with in the stepped staircase. As a a result, this will the users of the retail to walk around the space and be able to explore each of the retail.
Box Farming & Study Pod Programme The space has been designed in order to allow the user of the pot farming and the marsh land to still able to interact through the vertical farming. As a result, through out the box farming layout they are still bale to interact.
Study Pod & Drone Station The programme of the space is to create a drone station within the study pod. As a result, when the users are looking through the space they are able to see the interaction of the drone with in the internal space and taking out fresh vegetable out to deliver them to the users.
Programme Effect On The Users The programme has been placed through out the entire space in order to allow the user . As a result throughout the space they are able to use the void to visually communicate from one space to other.

Resting Room The resting room has been designed in order to allow the worker of the farm rest over their break. The space has been placed on the overground. As a result they are isolated from the entire farm.
Furthermore the space will surrounded by the glass partition in order to light up the resting room.
Administration Room The room has been designed in order to provide the worker of the farm an office which will be dealing with the farm technical problems. This will be also be located under the underground passage way. Therefore the space wont be visible to public. Also,the partition has been turned into glass window frame in order to allow the worked to interact through the space.
W/C ( Toilets ) The toilets space will be share by the public and worker of the farm. Secondly, it will be placed under the passageway. As a result, these services will be hidden away from the users.

The design of the floor reflects on the orientation of the vertical farm. As well as how the void has been formed in the middle of the space The main aim was to create visual communication through the void. As a result when they user are farming not only they will get to the tectonic moment they will also be able to see the activities taking place in each floor.
The overall design reflects on two factor which is learning space and relaxation space. The space also reflects on the current situation of the covid 19 pandemic. As a result, the study pod will be used in order to allows the users to study the about the plants around the steel structure. Secondly, using the space they will be also be able to see all the action that is taking place through out the space.

The concept of the window design was to allow the user of the urban farm was to use part of the floor and through that transparent window, from the other side which is the farm will be able to experience the activities through the windows.
Secondly, the purpose of facing box farming towards the riverside, was allow the boat users to engage through the building facade. As a result, this will allow the users of the the canal to be curios and also be to come farm and explore the different space.

In addition, Mossbourne Riverside Primary School was another reason for facing window facade towards to the school. Therefore,when the pupils are using the south side of the building they will be able to see the farming that is taking place
Having the urban farm next to the university will allow the people from the other side which is Stratford will allow to visit the the urban farm.

The ground floor is demonstrates developed feature that has been added, beside that it also shows the different programme scheme as well as how the tectonic moment has been used in order to connect the retail and education scheme through farming,

This farm_1 is the part of educational programme. The floor gives access to the users to interact with plants. As a result, this will allow the users acknowledge on how to farm vegetables.
4 Ramp
The ramp has been created which allow the prioritised users to get in to the each of the programme easily.
In order for the wall to stay still in place. In terms of construction I have added pillars, where the external and internal wall will be bolted together.
Secondly, in between the walls there glass fitted through it so again the glass will be bolted on to the pillars in order to make the glass stable.
The small beams are steel support that will used to keep the concrete floor above to be stable. The floor wont be only resting on top of the stell beams. They will be joined by the wall cladding.
In order for the doors to stay stable, I have also added small beams where the door fame can bee bolted on to it. Therefore the doors are steady.
These are round beam that will be connecting the upper floor to the vertical farming boxes

Underground Passageway
The overground is the main entrance and this is located right in the middle of two programs of the building. As a result this pathway give the users access two both programme of the building.
Structural Configuration : The diagram demonstrate the structural precaution that will be taking place while putting cladding as well as the walls. The main purposed of highlight the is to demonstrates what are the structure element will be used build to make it stable.

The is another farm which will be located on the other side of the building, but it carries out same programmes as the other side of the building.
Primary Pillars: These pillar is one of the primary pillary that will be carrying the load of the top floor.
Secondary pillars will not be connected to the foundation because they will be casted on top of the foundation floor.

This stair case is been designed to draw people from the ground level to the 2nd floor, which gives them access to the farming section ( educational programme)

This stair case is been designed to lead the people to the second floor to marsh land.
Secondary pillar will be added to the building. This is because it always to hold secondary loads like giving floor extra support. Therefore , the floor does not sink in.
Primary Pillars: The primary pillar will also be connected to the foundation and the floor. In order to hold the structure together .

Marsh Land Railing Layout : Marsh land layout will be demonstrating how the floor will be design as well as it will be showing the internal construction detail of the floor as well as the materiality that has been used in order to provide give that aesthetic look of the floor.

Safety Precaution For The Farm Users: The detail drawing is a demonstration of how the railings will be placed around the building Marsh land. Since these space through out the farm is the most interesting space to explore. To design this space safety precaution was considered. As a result, railings were been added therefore when the public are using the space the will not fall from the floor below.
Purpose of Railing: The railing is surrounded around the marsh land. As a result, to keep the space open to the tectonic moment of the farm. Furthermore this will effect the way how the users uses these communal space. Through these open corridor from both side of the farm people will able to visualise they way they are farming and other activities that are taking place throug the farm.

In the cross section,it demonstrates how the entrances as they come in they will be walking over the underground space which will consist of the all the services like administration office aswell the public toilets.

These demonstrates how two different types of farming will be carried which will have two different type of experience in the same place. Throughout the design of the space the users will be able to see the interaction that are been made across the learning space.

The section also demonstrates how the underground space will be used where underground passage uses for services but it also allows the users to go from one side of the farm and to the retail.
As the programme, of farming has been spread across, the staircase has been used in order to allow the user of the farm to reach from the ground floor( communal space) to the top floor. Secondly, it shows how they are been accessed by the users of the farm to go to marsh land.
The section through the marsh land demonstrates the interaction that will be carried out through out the users in to the mash land space. As a result,this will allow the users of the space to constantly maintain the 1m gap. In order, this will allow the users of the farm to stay safe in the future if there is any similar situation because of the distance maintained through the design of the space.

The steel structure of the study pod will also be used where the users of the structure will still be able to pick through the tectonic moment. As a result, through the study pod the users will still be able to visualise what is happening on the other side of the farm.
7 Here, it demonstrates how the new developed programme will be used into the urban context. As a result, the drone will be delivering the freshly harvested vegetables to the users and the to the locals.

The elevator will be exposed to the outside surroundings, As a result the will allow the people outside user see the activities,the movement of the elevator. Secondly, another reason for having a see through elevator to give the inside users a break from interior space so they don’t separate themselves from the outside environment.

Outdoor Farming, the farming space has been designed in order to allow the people where rotational cubic has been placed through out the exterior space of the building. As a result, the extended corridor has been placed in order to allow the users to go out from the interior to exterior space where the vertical farm will give them opportunity to grow vegetable and the effect is to make them feel as if they were gardening in their balcony, where they can make vegetables that they can use it for their cooking. In terms of appearance, the cubics will be able to rotate and it will give an graduation of colourful facade.

It demonstrated how roof opening window has been used in order to deliver the boxes to local users with the freshly harvested vegetables by using the drone programme. As a result, the new programme development was inherited in order to reflect to the new pandemic situation. This was a response to demonstrate how the farming allow the users to still be connected to the farm.

The middle section of the building, is where the study pods will be placed. As a result, this will allow the people to look out in to the roads. This is because the facade will be glass. Through the space drones will be delivered out to the locals with their freshly harvested vegetables.

Building| Overview
Hackney Harvest will be looking in to providing connecting the community of the hackney wick. In solution to that the building will be providing programme like education as well retail.

Educational Programme: Through the programme the aim is allow the community of hackney wick explore learn about where their fruits and vegetable comes from, meaning that the building will be teaching the user of the how to grow vegetable using the indoor space which will give them a similar experience of having farming outside. The farming space is been designed in order to encourage the users inside the farm to have fun and learn about vegetable.
Retail Programme: The retail programme over looks on to giving out the freshly harvested vegetable into hackney wick community. The retail section will treated as a open market which will allow the user to of the farm as well as the local to shop their fresh harvested vegetable out of Hackney Harvest.
Retail Programme: The retail programme will be used to provide the Hackney s community fresh vegetable that will be grown out the hackney harvest urban farm. This retail programme is open space market allows the users to experience every single retail located on the staircase.
Study : The study pod will be placed in between the two programs. As a result, this will allow user inside to study about the plants and also use the space where they are able to relax and sped time.

As the sun hits the building only few amount of light is able to go through the interior building. As a result, for the plant to produce photosynthesis this means that it will be needing more light for the plant produce photosynthesis.

The windows has been placed through out the entire building in order to bring fresh air in to the building. Each floor has been designed with windows opening in order to allow the users.

The roof ceiling window has been designed in order to allow the bring as much light as possible in to the structure. This was done in purpose to highlight the tectonic moment.
Secondly, beside when the roof window has been designed it was designed in order to provide light and also heat to users. Therefore,they will feel comfortable.

The floor below will covered by the story pod therefore no sung light will reach to this part of the farm, which will effect the process of photosynthesis. Therefore, artificial light will be needed.

The urban space is heavily surrounded by other neighbouring building. By considering them the design has been adapted. The opening of windows and roof ceiling were done by the surrounding building analogy. As a result, when the sun changes its direction it does not effect the internal space.

In early hours of the day the tectonic moment and the East side of the site is not been effected. This is because the sun heading from the North allowing the space internal space to gain a lot of sunlight through the window.
In the middle of the day the sun will be moving towards the South. As a result, the tectonic moment will not be effect even by the east side this is because it is glass roof.
The North side will be one of the main facade that will be bringing the most natural light in to the building. As a result, this side bring the most light becuase of the large windows.
Natural Light: The roof and the window design considers the orientation of the sun. As a result, when the sun moves in different time along the day. As a result,this will only create different shadow as well depending the sun height it will give out different heat in to the building internal space. Also,as natural light is very important urban farm plant in order to produce photosynthesis.

Tectonic Moment : The tectonic moment was one of the way of bring natural light with in to the farm. As a result, this will highlight the middle part of the building.

East Cross Section Cut
East Cross section demonstrates how the building will using the artificial light that will be brought by using the solar panel that is been placed on the green roof top. The electricity brought by the solar panel will used across the planting pot floor as well as the marsh land. Even though large windows are been placed across the entire floor. During different time of the day when sun height changes the floor above will cover up the internal space. As a result, artificial light will be need in order for the user to be able to see through the internal space.

The surrounding building will be covering farm. As a result, the internal space will be needing of lighting. The sun will not always be able to reach the internal space.
The light that will be used within the vertical farming,will also be effecting the tectonic moment. This is because the light will be pushed out of the space. eventually the tectonic moment will be light up.
As a result, to enhance the internal space, the farm will be using the solar panel the store energy from the sun will equally distributed across the entire building as light source . As result, this will way the design becomes much more sustainable and consider about not polluting the environment.

Artificial Light: The concept of adding artificial light was to add more luminosity in to the interior spatial space at different type of the day when there is not sunlight. Secondly, in order to that solar panel will be added. As a result the source of bringing artificial will become more sustainable by storing sunlight and using them when its needed within the farm.
North side of the building will not be getting a lot of light in to the internal through the facade of the farm. As a result, artificial light will be provided in order ton enhance the luminosity of the internal space and also the light will be used to control the internal temperature.
