Key Account Manager, Sweden We are searching for an experienced and impact-driven person to fill the role as a Key Account Manager in Sweden. You will be joining a diverse team driven by helping save lives. The position is field-based and reports to the Nordic Regional Manager. What you will do As a Key Account Manager, you will; • Be responsible for developing and managing the relationship with Key Accounts in Sweden • Implement sales and long term relations building through customer visits, network meetings, product demonstrations and other agreed activities • Use a consultative approach to understand the needs of the Key Accounts, and help design sustainable solutions that have a high helping save lives and return on investment impact • Work closely with the rest of the Swedish and Nordic team and be supported by inside sales and the customer service team • Timely and accurately submit all required administrative reports About you • You have at least 3 years of healthcare education. Clinical experience would be a plus. • You have a strong: • Educational understanding, i.e. high competence about how to design and implement training programs within resuscitation and or simulation training • Commercial understanding, and experience in managing and developing key accounts • Ability to network, engage and build long-lasting relationships with people at any level of an organization (educational institutions, EMS services, emergency, maternity, risk managers, procurement departments, etc.) • Technical understanding and excellent IT skills • You live close to Stockholm, and are flexible to travel With the right candidate, who has proven leadership skills and experience with profit responsibility,the position can be extended to a Sales Manager for the Swedish team (i.e. Key Account Manager + Sales Manager). This would mean staff responsibility for the Swedish sales team, responsibility for the Swedish results, growth and development, and being part of the Nordic Management Team.
