MASTER OF GOVERNANCE & PUBLIC POLICY The Master of Governance & Public Policy (MGPP) provides you with a skill set that can be used to negotiate the challenges presented within domestic and international policy systems. WHAT YOU STUDY
The Master of Governance and Public Policy offers the opportunity to access a range of public bodies at international, federal and state level through an acclaimed internship scheme.
As a student in UQ’s Master of Governance and Public Policy you are offered four unique study streams: public management, public health policy, development policy and resource management, or you can choose to study courses across these areas.
Compulsory components are designed to encourage critical thinking around a range of public-sector challenges. The quality of teaching and the range of courses within the MGPP suite produces graduates who have the capacity to perform policymaking and governance roles within a wide variety of settings.
