Client Request The parking building is one part of the TOD Surabaya development system. Located in a strategic location on Kertajaya Street, the presence of a parking building can accommodate parking needs while at the same time giving a new face to the city of Surabaya. How do we address it Limited land availability becomes a major issue in the design. This responded by presenting a multi-storey building with a motorized lift. Design feature Facade expression designed to show technological progress, which represents and new parking facilities in the building (automated parking).

client request and goal Designing an apartment project with high prestige. how do we address it Presenting a skyscraper in Surabaya that functions as a mix use building. Expected to be the tallest building in Surabaya. design feature Designed as a 50-story building (47 floors + 3 basement floors). There is a special evacuation floor that can be used in case of an emergency. The design of each room is adjusted to the science of “feng shui”.

Client request and goal Designing a cafe that maintains the original structure of the building and brings a nostalgic feeling to the building How do we address it By keeping the original structure of the building, then reducing the partition inside the building to give a spacious impression, changing the direction of circulation by moving the entrance to side of the building. Design feature The facade of the front side of the building gives a classic effect that can attract people to come into the building. A more open and airy atmosphere will provide comfort for coming guests.
