General Guidelines: Documents should be submitted within the deadline mentioned in the call at ifmsabangladesh@gmail.com and cc’d to secgen.ifmsabangladesh@gmail.com The subject of the email should be “Application for Team of Officials” Documents to be submitted: The application should be as follows: One .pdf or .docx file containing following in the exact order: 1. Motivational letter 2. Curriculum Vitae 3. Plan of Action Motivation Letter: The Applicant must have to write a motivation letter of one page. Curriculum Vitae: CV should not exceed the length of two pages. The CV must include your Skype and Facebook ID. It should be written based on relevant experience. Plan of Action: The PoA must be written based on priority areas like what can be done to strengthen the standing committees or support divisions. Also a detailed plan of activities and measures that can be taken to improvise on it.
N.B. One candidate can apply for maximum three positions in that case the candidate has to numerify the name of positions at the end of document in a separate page of the application. Maximum of two applicants can get selected per position.

Standing Committee on Medical Education (SCOME) Medical Education should be a concern of every medical student as it shapes not only the quality of future doctors, but also the quality of healthcare. The International Federation of Medical Students Associations (IFMSA) has a dedicated organ which aims to implement an optimal learning environment for all medical students around the world the Standing Committee On Medical Education (SCOME). Through all our joint efforts we work to create sustainable changes around the world, for ourselves as medical students, for the generations to come and for our future patients and our communities who are in fact the final beneficiaries of our education. The Standing Committee on Public Health (SCOPH) The Standing Committee on Public Health (SCOPH) brings together medical students from all over the world to learn, build skills, cooperate, explore and share ideas when it comes to addressing all issues related to public health, including global health issues, health policies, health promotion and education, activities. Name of the Position: National Officer on Public Health (NPO)

The Standing Committee on Human Rights and Peace (SCORP) The Standing Committee on Human Rights and Peace unites students who strive to create an equal and peaceful world, and believe in international, intercultural as well as interpersonal solidarity. We believe in everybody's responsibility as well as ability to contribute to creating this world, as human rights can only exist when it applies to all humans.

Standing Committee on Sexual and Reproductive Health including HIV/AIDS Standing Committee on Sexual and Reproductive Health including HIV/AIDS is gathering passionate individuals who are committed to promote sexual and reproductive health and rights and are passionate about creating positive change in their local communities.

Standing Committee on Professional Exchange (SCOPE) The Professional Exchange program is a full educational program offering clerkships to medical students abroad. Since the very beginning, in 1951, it was evident that exchange of medical students would be one of the main fields of action in IFMSA. As early as 1952, a total of 463 students spent a period of practice abroad, and today, it continues to be the backbone of the Federation and constitutes its longest running project. Annually, more than 13.000 students from 90 countries travel around the world to discover new health systems, new cultures and to enhance their global health and intercultural understanding.

Standing Committee on Research Exchange (SCORE) Unfortunately several times we dont have the opportunity as medical students to have a research experience while in the medical school. Research is essential for the development of medicine and without it the medical fields could never have reached the stage they are right now with innovative methods of diagnosis and treatments. Join the experience of improving the research skills with an unforgettable cultural learning and you have the Standing Committee on Research Exchange (SCORE)!
