Lexington, KY, September 14, 2015 /PressReleasePing/ - Mr. Emery currently serves as the Chair of the Firm’s Corporate and M&A practice at Bressler, Amery, & Ross, P.C.. He is an expert on all legal and business aspects of early-stage companies as a result of his personal angel investing with over 65 companies (with exits from several of those), and his Board service with 16 young technology companies.

Plus, he was a Wall Street lawyer for eight years with Sidley Austin, where he managed a wide variety of complex corporate financings.
