Aum School presents in-person summer camps that will be held from August 2-13, 2021 (Sai Temple, Huntersville, NC). There will be several age groups and the camps will be held from 9am-5pm. The immersive experience camps will include yoga, dharma and heritage, Sanskrit, Ayurveda, cooking, Vedic math, arts and crafts and more. New World Festival of the Arts: Manteo, NC (August 11-12, 2021) The New World Festival of the Arts is an annual juried outdoor festival featuring fine arts and crafts. The fest provides local and regional artists an opportunity to display and sell their creative work. This year, artists will travel to the waterfront between August 11-11, 2021. Heavy Thunder Summer Artillery Program: Four Oaks, NC (August 21, 2021) Learn how cannons were loaded and fired during the American Civil War on Saturday August 21, 2021, starting at 10am at the Bentonville State Historic Site. Reenactors will be onsite portraying the 19th Indiana Battery. Cannon demonstrations and historical discussions will occur throughout the day. Food trucks will also be available onsite.
