Brief explanation.. Global Internship Program is one program from AIESEC that enables organizations based in Indonesia to gain positive values by share knowledge and ideas with youth from all over the world through the skills based internship program with specific durations. The purpose of this program is to develop entrepreneurial and responsible leadership of young people by living a cross-cultural professional development experience.

What is AIESEC ? AIESEC has 65 years of experience in developing highpotential youth into globally minded responsible leaders.

Present in over 124 countries and territories and with over 100.000 members, AIESEC is the world's largest youth-run organization. Focused on providing a platform for youth leadership development, AIESEC offers young people the opportunity to participate in international internships, experience leadership and participate in a global learning environment. AIESEC in Indonesia Established in 1984, AIESEC Indonesia has been a platform for young people in Indonesia to develop their leadership through unique leadership experiences. Every year, AIESEC in Indonesia held 5 national conferences to equip around 2000 members with some soft skills they need, to run social projects, events, exchange, and other organizational things.

Our simple process.. 2nd week

AIESEC

Exchange Contract You develop the desired intern profile and establish a timeline. The outlined requirements are specified in the contract.

Intern Sourcing

Your company

We upload the placement opening to our exclusive database. Pre-selected candidates apply for the available placement through our online platform.

Shortlisting by AIESEC We screen, interview and shortlist the candidates with desired profiles.

First payment to AIESEC (Administration Fee)

You select the candidate from the shortlist through your method of choice, and AIESEC will notify the selected individual.

You ensure a fulfilling experience for the new intern.

During Placement

We sponsor Social Cultural VISA for 60 days (will be extended for 6 month maximum)

We will pick up the Intern upon arrival. We also support them in find accommodation, Culture preparation and welcoming party.

Second payment to AIESEC (Administration Fee)

Program Support is the support for the intern given by the company to cover the intern’s flight ticket and basic live cost in Indonesia (more details explained in the next page).

# MARKETING PROGRAM

1. paid two times, 50% when sign the contract, 50% after the intern/s is/are coming. 2. the program support is the support given by your company for the intern to cover their flight ticket and basic live cost for the intern, for example, their accommodation and food. 3. the program support will be paid directly to AIESEC and AIESEC will give it to the intern. For the system payment will discuss before sign the contract. 4. for flight ticket, will be reimburse to the intern at the end of the internship.

Global Internship Program aims to bring the cultural diversity that can improve the working environment in the organization or company that in the end improves the economics growth of Indonesia. In the other hand, the company helps AIESEC to develop the competencies and leadership of youth in the world that does not contribute only for the change of Indonesia, but also to the world.
