WE ARE ALL DISABLED (YOGA PROVES IT)  There are a lot of people in the world who suffer from some kind of disability and have to find ways to adjust to their new environment.  Imagine not being able to see anything and having to make your way through the world.  Sounds scary and downright intimidating, isn’t it?  However, disabilities are not limited to a physical category; many people are mentally handicapped and find it difficult to adjust in our fast paced world.“  In today's time, every day more people are becoming handicapped due to the increased pollution and aggressiveness and even though, many people take proper precautions, sometimes it is just not enough.

Types of handicaps  There are two types of handicaps in the world: physically handicapped and mentally handicapped.  A physically handicapped person is born with a disability and cannot use an organ how it is intended to be.  Many people use their hands to snatch things from other people and tend to use their eyes to only find out the faults and mistakes of other people.  We forget that we were given eyes to appreciate the beauty in this world and to differentiate between right and wrong actions.  Many of us also misuse our mouth to speak I'll of others and use our brain for only petty things.
