INSIDE SACRAMENTO: BOOK LAUNCH AND SIGNING Thursday, September 8, is also the official public launch party of the new Inside Sacramento: The Most Interesting Neighborhood Places in America’s Farm-to-Fork Capital, a photo-driven guide to our city, organized and presented by eight of our city’s best neighborhoods. This firstof-its-kind guide is a substantial undertaking and features 101 places with gorgeous photography and compelling written information. It is not only for travelers and those considering moving here, but also for residents in our city and region to best experience the unique neighborhood experience that Sacramento offers. The book is published by Cecily Hastings, and she will be available to sign copies of the book available for purchase at the event. For all books sold at the event, $5 will be donated to the Verge. The book’s photographers Aniko Kiezel and Rachel Valley will also be on hand to celebrate the event.
