A Preservationist’s Story This film documents the heroic effort of Joette Farrand to Restore 724 Bryant Street over 50 years from 1974 to 2023 Joette purchased 724 Brant St in 1974, when was only 27 years of age. While there are many Silicon Valley stories of people “Making it” in the Valley with companies and venture capital, Joette’s story is of someone who came up the hard way and created a beautiful Historic house. A story that any woman can relate to and admire.

How to you propose to do that? First, Joette documented the restoration of this house and cottage with 1000’s of photographs. So, that is an archive of images to weave the story. Second, is an interview between Joette Farrand and Adrianna Trenev. The purpose of the interview is to allow Joette to blossom and tell her story, in her own house. Using Rembrandt lighting, this video permits the “storyline” of the film to be created using 60 minutes style lighting to convey professionalism. Third: Adrianna Trenev’s Real estate Production Company is videotaping and photographing every room. Additionally, Matterport 3D imaging is also being created. Further, Drone footage of the property is also being captured. This Archive will be employed as the B roll and images inserted to illustrate the story. Once the images are imported into Da Vinci Resolve video editing the story can be created, augmented by adding Joette’s voice over. Creating a film that Honors Joette Farrand Preservationist History

The Dark Side of the Force This film Documents the financial impact that recent actions by Chris Stevens have had, over the last six months, that have significantly reduced the value of 724 Bryant St. This film’s intent is to provide a jury: expert testimony from Real Estate Agents and Buyers to justify the amount of the damages for Tortious Interference with Business Relations:. Since Robert Ferrand’s Production Company is Producing A Preservationist’s Story He will just keep the cameras rolling

How to you propose to do that? First, Robert has been documenting the destruction of the 724 /730 Historic Fence for the last few months. So the fence is documented Although Mr. Chris Stevens has been silent for over twenty years, his attack on Joette Farrand the day after she put the “Coming Soon” For Sale sign in the front of the house, creates “the cause and effect story” and Mr. Stevens Liability for Tortious Interference with Business Relations: This Historic fence story must be disclosed to potential buyers, however as part of the disclosure: Robert can set up a camera with the 724 /730 Historic Fence as a backdrop and Interview any Real Estate Agent, Lawyer or Potential Buyer willing to give their opinion on camera and ask the simple question.

How much do you think Mr. Stevens actions relating to this Historic fence have impacted the value of 724 Bryant Street? This archive of video will provide a jury adequate “expert opinion” to justify the “amount” damages to be awarded to Joette Farrand from Chris Stevens. This video will also provide the new buyer of 724 Bryant Street a basis to determine the amount damages to be awarded to them, should Christ Stevens do anything relating to this Historic Fence in the future.
