What Where When and How Stanford University was founded in 1885. 20 years later and less than a half a mile away, 724 Bryant St was built in 1906, beside an ancient redwood tree. 50 years later, Joette Farrand, bought 724 Bryant St. in 1975. She moved in and began restoration of this historic house. Another 50 years later, Joette has decided to sell 724 Bryant St. Three blocks from Stanford University and two blocks from University Ave. This is house is the poster child for Location, Location, Location. The ancient redwood tree in the front yard shades the front of the house. Since the house was built in 1906, over 100 years old, the rooms tend to be dark. Recently, a stream of Real Estate Agents began circling offering opinions of how to present the house to get the listing. The modern solution is "Paint it White'. The expert "Decorators" proceeded to explain why the beautiful traditional wall paper should be “painted white” to "make it brighter". Of course, the beautiful wood kitchen cabinets that Joette has personally refinished were also to be painted white. Suggesting that the antique checkerboard wallpaper in the kitchen was to be painted white was the last straw. Robert Ferrand, Joette Farrand’s partner, with over a dozen patents to his name, saw there was an alternative to “white paint”: LED lighting. Robert saw that the “picture frame” molding, that has been in place for a century, on the perimeter of every room, provided a perfect place for the LED light strips to illuminate the ceiling and make every room significantly “brighter”. Further, Joette had made lovely fabric panels that were secured behind the glass of the kitchen cabinet doors. Robert saw the opportunity to light this fabric, top and bottom, with short LED strip lights to create an enchanting effect and transform the Kitchen. This LED system will brighten the house, without destroying the historic charm of THIS OLD HOUSE with white paint. This COB LED Lighting System consists of 2 Circuits. One 15 Amp circuit consists of 1. 120V Surge Suppressor, 2. 2 – 350-Watt Power Supplies, 3. 2 – RF Dimmer Switches that illuminates the Living Room and Dining Room with 114 linear feet of COB LED strip lights. The second 12 AMP circuit has the same hardware that illuminates the Kitchen with another 88 linear feet of COB LED strip lights. Both circuits are controlled through a RF to Wi-Fi Converter that can use any Wi-Fi interface such as Goggle Home. "Alexa, turn on the Living Room Lights." ALL COMPONENTS HAVE UL Certificate of Compliance, Listing or Registration.

Option 2: have each receiver in a different zone, like zone 1, 2, 3 or 4 DC INPUT

Do wiring according to connection diagram. Pair RF Receiver with RF remote: 1. Connect and wire up the RF receiver correctly, power on. 2. Turn on the remote, click the “Learning Key” button on receiver, immediately click a zone number to pair the receiver to the specified zone if the remote is a multi-zone controller (if it is a single zone remote, this step is unnecessary), then touch the color wheel or slider bar on the remote (if the remote does not have color wheel or slider bar, click or touch any keys), the connected led light on receiver flickers twice, which means well paired. Note: one receiver can be paired with max 8 remote controls.

Multi-zone LED Dimmer Pro Introduction This Multi-zone LED Dimmer Pro kit is highly sensitive and professional grade, suitable for any strip lighting projects. With its high wattage capacity and sleek control design, this RF (Radio Frequency) dimmer remote is easy to set up multi-zone lighting and offer optimal dimming functions for 12V and 24V DC dimmable LED strip lights, up to 4 zones, independently or synchronously. It allows to accurately adjust brightness without any flickering, creating the perfect level of ambient lighting for any occasion. Zones are ideal for home and commercial lighting where different rooms or areas in a room require a different amount of light. You can set each zone individually and create the perfect ambiance lighting. This way you can save energy by turning off the zones that are not needed. You also can save colors or scenes to be easily retrieved later. Each zone has a dedicated button for easy switching and you can save up to three scenes for each zone. On the highly sensitive touch wheel, you can fine tune the brightness level you want. This RF dimmer is a remote control designed with great flexibility. It is paired with a four channel Pro Dimmer Receiver, which supports 8 Amps at 12V - 24V DC on each channel. One remote can control unlimited receivers within the control range. The receiver is WiFi compatible. Adding a WiFi-RF gateway converter, the receivers can work as WiFi dimmers, which can be controlled by your smart phone or tablet via WiFi connection, using an application software installed with Apple IOS or Android mobile system.

By pairing multiple of these LED Dimmer Pro Receivers with the remote control, you can greatly reduce wiring work and simplify your LED strip light installation, saving labor and time. The remote comes with a magnetic holder that can be installed anywhere using 3M double-sided tape or screws. When you are done using the remote, just attach to the magnetic holder. The applicable LED strip lights that work with this Pro Dimmer include white and single colored light strips, such as warm white, neutral white, daylight cool white, red, blue, green, etc. Product Features Remote control is black finish. Receiver is UL listed. Smooth dimming and switch on/off functionality, no flickering. High capacity, 8A per channel, total 384 watts at 12 volts, or 768 watts at 24 volts. One remote can control an unlimited number of the Pro dimmer receivers within a control range of 30 meter (100 feet) radius in a benign electromagnetic environment. RF signal goes through walls. Power off memory function. When powered on next time, the lights will return to their previous brightness. Wireless remote control, with no needs to deal with extra wires. Receiver is WiFi compatible. Add a WiFi-RF gateway converter, it can become a WiFi dimmer. Multi zone (up to 4) control function. Save scenes to be recalled later. Four dedicated buttons for easily adjust the brightness level to 25, 50, 75 and 100 percent. Remote dimensions: 120x55x17mm (4.72 x 2.16 x 0.67in). Receiver dimensions: 95x37x20mm (3.74 x 1.45 x 0.79in). Magnetic holder dimensions: 97mm x 35mm x 15.5mm. 3M VHB double-sided tape and two screws are included for installing the holder.

The load capacity depends on the dimmer receiver's wattage, not the remote. If you are setting up multi zone LED lighting, you can buy multiple the Pro WattMax Dimmer Receivers. Of course, you can buy multiple the Pro remotes to place in different locations for convenience as well. One receiver can only be paired with at most 8 remote controls. If you like to see more dimmer choices, please check our LED dimmer series. Only those products bearing the UL Certification Mark should be considered as being covered by UL's Certification and Follow-Up Service. The UL Recognized Component Mark generally consists of the manufacturer’s identification and catalog number, model number or other product designation as specified under “Marking” for the particular Recognition as published in the appropriate UL Directory. As a supplementary means of identifying products that have been produced under UL’s Component Recognition Program, UL’s Recognized Component Mark: , may be used in conjunction with the required Recognized Marks. The Recognized Component Mark is required when specified in the UL Directory preceding the recognitions or under “Markings” for the individual recognitions. Recognized components are incomplete in certain constructional features or restricted in performance capabilities and are intended for use as components of complete equipment submitted for investigation rather than for direct separate installation in the field. The final acceptance of the component is dependent upon its installation and use in complete equipment submitted to UL LLC. Look for the UL Certification Mark on the product.
