This year the musical at Springfield High School was the well known production, Grease. Under the excellent direction of Mr. Kerrigan, Mrs. Descano, and Mr. Perez, the cast of 65 students '--_ _,Q roduCed aJanta$tic $D9W~ P ortrayed b_y the talented leads, the ten characters from Rydell High and the various adults within their high school career, carried the sold out shows back in time to 1959. These students wouldn't have been able to manage that transformation without their incredible, devoted chorus and pit orchestra. The cast would like to thank their hardworking stage crew and the guidance from their committed parents. Through all the long weeks of the production, the cast, grew close, creating friendships that they will never forget. "A Wop Baba Loo Bop ... A Wop Bam Boom!"

Right: The Grease cast struts their stuff during the opening number. Above Left: While incorporating the usual instruments (clarinets, saxophones, etc), the pit orchestra for this musical was mainly characterized by electric basses and guitars. These parts were skillfully played by Dayna Evans, Pete Henry, and Bill McCloskey. Above Right: Dom Caponi starts off the show in character as the infamous OJ, Vince Fontaine.

On the wonderful night of May 5, 2006, the Senior Prom took place at the Hilton on City line Avenue. Seniors arrived in style showing their dress styles and tuxes off to friends. They socialized and enjoyed one of the last gatherings they would have with their class. The night went by fast as many enjoyed a meal with their dates, posed for pictures, and danced away on the ballroom floor. The class of 06' reminisced on old memories while creating new ones to last forever. This is the one prom they have waited years for, and after months of preparing they had the time of their lives.

After the prom at the Hilton on May 5, 2006, the end of the night seemed more like the beginning. It was time to remember all the memories and have one last big one to close up their high school careers. As seniors and their dates observed the decorations consisting of clocks, road signs, and ' inspirational quotes, they took time to remember their surroundings. The party guests spent their night eating and playing competitive sports such as badminton, sumo wrestling, and foosball. The seniors also participated in roulette and blackjack games throughout the night. As the party came to an end, prizes were won, dances were shared, and memories were made to last a lifetime.
