It can be stored in refrigerator for 5 days and can be eaten with almost all type of meat and snacks as well. This recipe will serve 4 to 6 people. First of all, mix your ginger with salt well. Use cutting board and a knife to mix them. Try to give a shape as paste. It is preferred if you use a mortar and pestle to make ginger paste.

Add this paste in a medium bowl. Now add lemon juice and egg yolk in this bowl and mix it very well.

Now add 3 to 4 drops of olive oil and mix it well. Remember, add olive oil very slowly otherwise your sauce will be separated. Slowly add all your oil while mixing it and your garlic will be shaped into thick smooth aioli.
