Project: Tahini Restaurant Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India Area: 860 sq. ft. Duration: 4 weeks Budget: 2,000,000 INR Tahini is the brain child of three Stanford graduates, Siddhant, Alex and Andy, with Andy being a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef, The team intended to bring together the exotic mediterranean dining experience often found in the by-lanes of Stanford University to India.This is the first among a chain of quick service restaurants serving middle eastern Siddhant, Alex and Andy (Clients) food slated to open across tier-2 cities in India.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT Client Brief The brief was to design a quick service serving mediterrian food. The client wanted very casual atmosphere, which should be giving a feel like walking into a Subway outlet but with a twist of mediterrian ambience.

3D drawings were made to provide the clients with a view which encompasses all aspects of an undeveloped space to project what the �n al outcome will be after it is completed. 3D Interior help to showcase designs while capturing the imagination. To ensure a balance of creativity and functionality, and to cope with the question of the compact area of the institution, Tahini is not only correctly planned but also by , using color di�usion, but also designed all the cabinet furniture and sofas. Thanks to panoramic Doors, the institution is balanced with natural light and due to the heighted ceiling the area looks bigger. The metal ceiling not only hides the ceiling �aws but also adds powerful ambience. This creates a pleasant, matte lighting, and positively a�ects the mood of guests. One of the walls of the cafe is also decorated with spice wall which shows the display of authentic �a vours used.

Interiors of Tahini are a vivid reminder of the cosmos that gives birth to the cuisine it serves. The terracotta floor represents the earth with its myriad rustic hues and the delicate, patterned blue ceiling embodies the sky.

The restaurant floor itself is a celebration of the facets of human life and endeavour - the vibrant colours of the crafts represented by the painted blue wall, the deft work of the human hand visible through the robust and well-crafted furniture. The wall of seeds and spices stands as a reminder of the fruits of cultivation and the textured white walls recall the reassurance that a simple, hearty meal brings.

The colour palette is dominated by complimentary blue and sage-green hues, which are used for walls and upholstery throughout the space. Metal ceiling introduce clean lines and reflective finishes that contrast with the soft, organic furniture. The material and colour palette reinforces the Mediterranean theme, with rustic walls, terrazzo floor and end-grain wooden floors contributing to a warm and cohesive scheme.

Chitra is one of the leading Advertising Agency in Ahmedabad in the field of OOH advertising. The agency has expertise over the industry by owning the most significant assets throughout the state.

GOALS AND KEY POINTS OF DESIGNING OFFICE SPACE >COMPANY CULTURE The quality of an organisationâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s workplace, the attitude and behaviours of staff, the products and services on offer and the company culture are all representative of the company brand and they all have a bearing on each other. A weak office interior could impact the brand significantly, especially in the eyes of potentialclients. It should therefore be used as a platform to showcase everything that is special about the organisations brand, from the outside and the inside. >ERGONOMIC There are varying levels that you can take ergonomics in the office. Ideally we would like to see everyone working a desk job to be set up with an adjustable task chair, sit/stand desk, keyboard tray, monitor arm and task light. >STORAGE AND ORGANIZATION Providing sufficient storage within the office will to give employees ample opportunity to keep their space neat and tidy. .

They didn't want it to be too slavishly industrial,"said Mr. Hrushi. "They wanted it to have a comfortable, almost domestic, feel too.The rust sofa colour is bold yet not too much, and is very warming GREY up for any space. while the green plants will give space fresh vibes.

The workstations were of folded steel plates with wooden tops. A web of steel channels carried LED lights to illuminate the work surfaces.The layout of the workspace itself seeks to the dismatle idea of heirachy in t he open office Layout where the entire office works in an environment of openness and exchange.

This is a step towards their aim to change their cubicle oriented work culture, to a more team based work philosophy. This would ensure instilling a sense of team spirit within the office. The usage of hanging planters and the accent colour provide a fresh and serene environment to work in. The metal and glass partitions and custom made furniture manifests the open plan ensuring complete visibility and establishing physical connect.

Blue color is said to have a positive impact on the productivity of employees. One of the major advantages with blue is that one can use its different hues to design the office and it will not turn out to be monotonous. It is a known fact that blue and white turn out to be the ultimate color combination to design an office space with just a right pinch of required bright color.

NORTH PARK , Adani Shantigram Location: Ahmedabad, India Area: 4500 sq.ft. Duration: 8weeks Budget: INR 30,000,000 The house was conceived for a young couple and their two sons. The 4500 sq.ft. house has 4 bedrooms, living, dining and kitchen interacting with a large garden facing beautiful club house of the community.

ABOUT THIS SPACE .Conceptually the house has two opposing faces, an introverted exterior facing the street in the east and south , and an extroverted interior elevation facing west and north. The street facing massing is more opaque while the garden facing elevations provide transparency and views.Entry to the house is from the east through a rectilinear portal that frames a shallow water feature via a large picture window, thus establishing an immediate visual connection from the street to the garden. In the perpendicular direction the foyer opens up to a double height living room and then notches into an equally capacious dining area with an open kitchen. The family room on the upper level interacts with the double volume of the dining and living below. The organisation of the various functions of the home takes into account a deliberate segregation of public and private space. The ground floor houses a guest room, study, puja room and two kitchens other than the living and dining areas and the first floor has a master bedroom, childs bedroom, yoga room and a family area.

This is the initial 3d revealing living room design that is perfectly transitional, balancing contemporary and traditional elements. The final concept for the living room design boasts a modern chandelier, classic artwork, leather sofa, gold decor and a contemporary rug.

In this luxury living room, a gold backdrop sets the stage for an eclectic mix of metallic accessories.Just a touch of glimmering metal can make a space infinitely and instantly more glamorous. Even small details like matt gold nails on couch makes it look elegant.the lights on ceiling gives high impact as enter the main door while balancing the earthy tones of furniture. .A vibrant brown leather couch grounds the interior in comfort while industrial gear dĂŠcor, lamp and horse painting add a well-traveled atmosphere. Light walls certainly help to make the area feel fresh and spacious.Additionally, textured cotton curtains ensure privacy without darkening the room .

CONCEPT Client wanted a pop of colour in this area. so we thought of using pop of red. too much red wouldnâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t look good. so i just decided to use a bit. all the appliances we decided to purchase black. White and walnut finish wood to beused.with some metal and red decor.

The kitchen countertops are in black granite, and the doors, window frames and custom cabinetry are all in a white and walnut laminate that helps the single row of countertops make a bit impact in this.The design includes a retro wine theme palette which brings colour in the area and stainless steel appliances have been used . To complete the look, slogan decor area used with blanco faucet, and pepperfry barstools.

Client Requirement It should accomodate and inspire the family to eat together.the colour scheme should enhance positivity and create a soothing ambience.the lights on dinning table should be at the center. highlighting the setting at the table

CONCEPT

The style reflects the earthy warm colours bring out freshness to the household.the wooden table reflects the simplistic leasures of life. leather chairs gives u the unmatched comfort that is desired at a luxury hotel and it is easy to clean and maintain.the antique chest of drawers not only gives storage space but also inspires the hertitage culture with a modern twist.

3D CONCEPT DESIGN Tis is initial 3d plan for the client. some of the changes made were bronze pendant lights and client wanted a italian top for dinning so it was easy to clean and instead of wall art above chest of drawers they wanted to install television.

Unlike most dining rooms, hear i used large pendant lights as the focal point. To enhance the beauty of a space like this one, work with materials like leather chairs, italian marble , and wood flooring. the bronze accents catch our eye and keep things interesting without creating visual chaos.With three dimensional artwork animating one wall, pendant lights overhead, and a palm tree livening up a corner, t incorporates texture and dimension in all the right ways.

Ample storage space is key to both the form and function of any dining room. here i have used antique boho style display with serves two purpose extra surface room for serving and decor display as well as internal drawers for plating and silverware.

Client Requirement The Master bedroom reflects the balance of wifeâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s requirement of adding pop of colour and husband wants neutral colour scheme. seperate wardrobe no tv unit study area where the can do offfice work and storage for imp. files

CONCEPT

The master bedroom is on ground floor. Itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s obviously private so the natural, refined theme didnâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t have to be carried out to a tee, but we did still want the master design to feel in line with the rest of the first floor. So we brought in some color to the master! The wife is a color lover, while the husband prefers a bit more of a natural feel, so they are getting the best of both worlds!

This spacious master bedroom unites warm and cool colors to create a clean, contemporary balance. A headboard, in a pastle blue fabric, dark wood nightstands are all custom. With accents like wall sculpture and antique French tole clocks, this bedroom manages to exude modern elegance. Thanks to a palette of blues , a layering of textures, and clean-lined silhouettes, the space has an overarching sense of modernity.
