ACADEMY AIR Bed and Breakfast, Aerobatic flips Academy Air (Pty) Ltd, AMO 813, is situated at Hangar 34 Hurricane Road Rand Airport and is the umbrella company for a number of services which start with it being an AMO Service Centre for most single engine aircraft including Pitts Specials, Harvards, Extras, Cessna’s, Pipers and others.

Hangarage and office space is offered in three different hangars.

There is an annex to hangar 34 which is the Bed and Breakfast arm and it has 12 air-conditioned self-catering rooms offering DSTV and Wi-Fi. Special rates are available for students for a long-term stay.

The catering arm of the company has a conference centre that caters for events of up to 100 people, offering conference facilities and delicious meals.

The latest addition is the Soaring Spa. This is a Massage Spa where professional masseuses offer Traditional Thai massage through the entire range, being Aroma Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage and Foot Reflexology. This is situated on site at the Bed and Breakfast facility.
