CHANGE-MAKER MANIFESTO Our goal? Simple – make the world a better place. This isn’t the “dream of ending world hunger” kind of a better place... This is the “do the hard work to make a positive impact” better place - the “it starts with me” better place, where what you do in your community, your circle, sends ripples through the world. ONBOARDING I’d love to get this project started mid-late September and it will take 6-12 weeks depending on the package you choose - that means you get to have an operation website, brand, and strategy in place before 2022! When you’re ready to get going, we’ll complete a contract and first invoice.

From there, we’ll get the party started! 1) We’ll schedule our first meetings and get started on a Brand Discovery Workbook. 2) We’ll also share inspiration and make sure we are on the same page with style and messaging. 3) Then we’ll get into the meat of the project - creating your brand and developing your site!

We are all busy people focused on self-care, family, and business! I want to make sure we’re respectful of each others time and make the most out of our time together, while being flexible with the craziness that comes along with our many roles.

R E SP O N SE T I M E S AN D F E E D B AC K R EQ U ES T S We’ll all respond to all communication within 3 days during the work week. No one is in trouble here if we don’t, but let’s be mindful of getting back to each other and keeping the project moving. Now the weekends - that’s a different story. I may not respond until I’m back to work, and I don’t expect you to either!

TIM E L I N E AN D D E L AY S Our timeline depends on open communication and I like to stick to deadlines as close as possible. Staying within our time line is beneficial to both of us - you get everything on time, and I don’t end up with too much work at the same time. We both stay sane and healthy this way ( : WIN-WIN! There are, of course, times where things may delayed on either side of things, and we will work around them as they come. We’re smart people and know how to re-evaluate and modify a plan. If we get more than 4 weeks behind though, we’ll have to revisit the project timeline and fit it back in around other projects that have started.

ONGOING All clients receive access to The Squad. There, I show you the best ways to use your brand and teach the basics of everything you need to use your brand in a cohesive, attractive way. Whether it’s you or your team members utilizing The Squad, it will give you a boost in

championing a consistent, cohesive brand.

Once complete, this will get the project solidified and get a spot saved for you in my schedule. Keep in mind, until we have a contract and deposit in place the spot is not held and Q3-4 tend to fill up very quickly.
