User requirements Sage CRM Cloud customers • Sage CRM Cloud customers must be using Sage CRM Cloud Professional only. • Users will be able to use the app only if the system administrator sets their web access to yes. This has to be done individually for each user.

Sage CRM on-premise customers • For Sage CRM On-Premise customers, this will work only for 7.2.
