Southern Caribbean Group Business Team Meet The Southern Caribbean Group Business Team Our new structure is a shift from a transactional to a relational approach to grow and retain business and maintain our competitive advantage. We have implemented the Client Relations and Direct Sales Unit with a focus on generating new business and having deeper relationships with our Top 20 VIP clients. Further, we have transitioned to a shared services approach that strengthens our business continuity. For example, our Admin services are provided by one unit spread across the Southern Caribbean, rather than independent, individual units located in different territories. Thirdly, we are doing this on a foundation of ‘Growth through people first’. We are structured to have more engaged teams focused on building better relationships with partners and stakeholders that improve the customer experience journey.

Southern Caribbean Group Pensions Meet The Southern Caribbean Group Pensions Team Our team members based in Barbados, St. Lucia and Trinidad have combined into one Southern Caribbean Team. The new Client Relations Unit will support an enhanced customer experience that seeks to fortify relationships with communication, responsiveness and education. We will leverage the professional expertise and industry knowledge developed in each local market to serve the entire Southern Caribbean. We want to be our clients first choice for pensions’ advisory solutions, thus contributing to Sagicor’s positioning in the Employee Benefits space. Partnerships with the Group Life & Health, Asset Management and Wealth Management teams will be crucial to revenue generation.
