Southern Caribbean Group Business Team Meet The Southern Caribbean Group Business Team We are excited! Our new structure enables a shift from a transactional to a relational approach particularly with our Group business clients, to strengthen our competitive advantage. The newly implemented Direct Sales & Client Relations Unit will lead in this regard, through a focus on generating new business and having deeper relationships with our Top 20 VIP clients. We have also transitioned to a shared services approach which strengthens our business continuity, responsiveness and agility. Each of our four operational areas are now under one large umbrella serving the Southern Caribbean, rather than operating as independent, individual units serving solely their local market. Our Group Life & Health and Creditor Life team is moving with a momentum of ‘Growth through people first’. We are about creating synergies internally and strengthening relationships with clients and stakeholders to improve the customer experience.

Southern Caribbean Group Pensions Meet The Southern Caribbean Group Pensions Team Our team members based in Barbados, St. Lucia and Trinidad have combined into one Southern Caribbean Team. The new Client Relations Unit will support an enhanced customer experience that seeks to fortify relationships with communication, responsiveness and education. We will leverage the professional expertise and industry knowledge developed in each local market to serve the entire Southern Caribbean. We want to be our clients first choice for pensions’ advisory solutions, thus contributing to Sagicor’s positioning in the Employee Benefits space. Partnerships with the Group Life & Health, Asset Management and Wealth Management teams will be crucial to revenue generation.
