CAFÉ - SHOP

COMMERCIALAREADESIGN

The design of this commercial project presents a multifunctional space with a blend of private and public seating areas, a café, shops, offices, and restaurants The primary objective was to explore various types of 3D styles while trying out a new building function. Private seating areas offer exclusivity, while public spaces encourage social interaction. The café and restaurants provide delicious experiences, and shops cater to retail needs. Offices within the complex offer a productive workspace

This project embodies creativity, functionality, and versatility in commercial architecture, merging aesthetics with functionality.

A BETTER TIRANA URBANDESIGNSPRINT

It is essential for the urban atmosphere, air pollution, and green urbanism as it improves physical, mental, and social health The primary goal of our design strategy is to incorporate modifications that will address multiple concerns at once, such as resolving parking issues, which will lead to better walkways for pedestrians and bicyclists It was influential to consider the various neighborhood functions distributed in the city Its structures range in height from low-rise to high-rise mixed-use The demolishing tactic was the most advantageous, although it was avoided as much as possible; It will assist in creating more open areas and encourage vertical growth. All additions react with each other to create a lively city for the people

GROUNDLEVEL FIRSTLEVEL SIXTHLEVEL

The preexisting structure in question, which had fallen into a state of disrepair, underwent a comprehensive renovation and expansion process to facilitate integration with the surrounding environment. The ground level predominantly accommodates commercial spaces, while the upper floors adhere to a primarily residential typology, serving as the building's core function. Notably, the building's distinctiveness stems from its innovative floor designs and the interconnectivity achieved through the incorporation of an outdoor staircase system, facilitating seamless access between the diverse rooftop areas within the structure.

The project draws inspiration from on-site rocks and incorporates a proposed pattern to shape residential units in the Dar Al Atta project, aiming to create a sense of familiarity within the neighborhood. It focuses on enhancing social interactions in rural communities, emphasizing community, empowerment, and unity using existing resources creatively and sustainably. The Al Amal project, named "Hope" in Arabic, includes a multi-purpose mosque, a nursery, and cultural/commercial areas, all connected by a shared courtyard The design promotes pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods, adaptive reuse, and a circular model of sustainability, aiming for flexibility and long-term use of the space for various functions
