Notes: Dimensions are in millimeters Class 2000 and NPS 1/8 Class 6000 couplings, half couplings, and caps are not include in this Standard. The wall thickness away from the threated ends shall meet the minimum wall thickness requirements of Table 5 for the appropriate NPS and Class Designation fitting. Dimention B is minimum length of perfect thread. The lenght of useful thread (B plus threads with fully formed roots and flat crests) shall not be less than L2 (effective lenght of external thread) required by American National Standard for Pipe Thread (ASME B1.20.1). See para. 6.3. Diameters as the uniform size fitting corresponding to the largest size end connection of the reducing fitting. Concentric within a tolerance of 1.5 mm (0.06 in.) for all sizes.

Notes: Flanges Raised Face Diameter and Height are based on a standard Raised Face, other flange facing types will change to ‘‘R’’ and ‘‘f’’ dimensions. For Threaded Flanges in this class a counter bore is not required. All dimensions are converted from the ASME B16.5 inch system to millimetres using 1’’ = 25.4 mm and rounded to one decimal point, except where noted. All weights are approximate only.

Notes: Flanges Raised Face Diameter and Height are based on a standard Raised Face, other flange facing types will change to ‘‘R’’ and ‘‘f’’ dimensions. For Threaded Flanges in this class a counter bore is required. NPS Sizes 50 and smaller will have a 6.4 counter bore and NPS sizes 65 and larger will have a 9.5 counter bore.

All dimensions are converted from the ASME B16.5 inch system to millimetres using 1’’ = 25.4 mm and rounded to one decimal point, except where noted. All weights are approximate only.

A pipeline strainer is a device which provides a means of mechanically removing solids from a flowing fluid. This is accomplished by utilizing a perforated metal, mesh or wedge wire straining element. The most common range of strainer particle retention is 1 to 40 micron (0.0016). International Pipeline is committed to providing you with all types of strainers made from the highest caliber of material. We provide all types of strainers ranging from Y-strainers to basket, duplex/twin, temporary, automatic self cleaning strainer, plate/expanded cross section strainer, high differential strainer, micronic strainer, high capacity (volume) basket strainer, magnetic strainer, wash down/manual fixed or rotary sprat etc. International pipeline can supply you with a full range of manual and automatic strainers. All products are manufactured and tested to ASME and CSA standards. Most product lines are available in sizes up to 60 in diameter and pressures up to 10, 000 PSIG. We are committed to providing our clients with the best rang of strainers available in the market, to this end, we maintain our excellent relationships with established manufacturers which use high quality materials such as cast and ductile iron, bronze, carbon steel, stainless steel and duplex in pressure classes 125 lb through 2500 lb.

Steam traps are a type of automatic valve that filters out condensate (i.e. condensed steam) and non-condensable gases such as air without letting steam escape. In industry, steam is used regularly for heating or as a driving force for mechanical power. Steam traps are used in such applications to ensure that steam is not wasted. Here at International Pipelines, we offer our clients the best ranges of steam traps available on the market. Our excellent manufacturing partners practice and procedure, including 100% testing for all our traps before dispatch, have been the key to our success. Another aspect of our success is a continuous improvement process built around our Engineering Services division. It is focused on creating new and improved products as well as assisting our clients in finding ways to reduce their total cost of production. The steam traps provided with abide by international standards such as DIN, EN, BS, ASME etc.

et sk ga Gaskets are used to create a static seal between two stationary members of a mechanical assembly and to maintain that seal under operating conditions which may vary dependent upon changes in pressures and temperatures. If it were possible to have perfectly mated flanges and if it were possible to maintain an intimate contact of those perfectly mated flanges throughout the extremes of operating conditions, a gasket would not be required. This is virtually an impossibility because of: 1. The size of the vessel and/or the flanges 2. The difficulty in maintaining such extremely smooth flange finishes during handling and assembly 3. Corrosion and erosion of the flange surfaces during operations The gaskets provided to you are within the international standards of DIN, API 6A, BS 3381, BS 4865, ASME B16.20/21 etc.
