The project is aimed at the interior spaces and creating a rustic and modern look at the same time. The 12000 sq ft office uses Italian furniture along with hardwood and faux brick finishes along with concrete and carpet finishes for the floor. Use of exposed ceiling along with baffle ceiling above selected spaces complements the various textures in the office

The residential project aims at paying attention to building codes and safety measures. Along with the main challenge being designing a high market value home in a small constrained space for higher income group category with one bedroom apartments being just 50 Sq m and double bedroom being 80 sq m. Many other factors such as the rainy climate and sustainability of the building and services were carefully planed to achieve a balance between aesthetics and functionality

Single bedroom module 50 sq m The interiors have partition wall between the living and bedroom area made of glass to provide a fell of larger space in the small 50 sq m layout. There is a small height cabinet between the living and dining area on which there is a sofa set attached on the other side of the shelve allowing different spaces to be accommodated in a smaller area

The living and dining area has one large tilted facade wall on the east wall which provides ample lighting at the correct angle The kitchen is of a recessed open planning layout with a 2m wide entrance. There are separate areas for washing and dining.

The entire floor plan to be followed from G+1 to G+4 The fire escape has been placed to ensure that all apartments have the minimum distance to travel in case of an emergency. There is a common view point on each floor which provides astounding views of the palm trees and lake behind the site.

With growing awareness towards health and fitness and that being the mantra of life for both young and old, a quality holistic health services is planned in Chennai. The proposed health club is a place, where one can achieve fitness goals, where one can relax, and where one can feel confident about one’s health and fitness. The project aims to explore into private spaces and publically acessable spaces and various massing techiniques to reduce power consumption and improve the sustainability of the structure
The Site is surrounded by buildings and has acess points from the East and South Side, along with wide roads and a major junction to the south east.
The Site has 2 major view points from the exterior and being a consumer driven building, facading viewed from the part marked in yellow will be the initial attraction for users outside and on the junction

Cafeteria The cafe is a public space with direct access from the road as well as an interior passage connecting to the lobby and waiting area

To look as beautiful on the outside as one feels inside, plethora of beauty and grooming services with proffesional beauty experts have sprung all over the place these days that helps individuals to flaunt their personal style with pride.

The site is located on a main road in Trichy, where the site receives ample shading from the adjacent store building. The context of the analysis is to find best possible views and both for users in the interiors and from exteriors without compromising privacy
