TARGET MARKET Historically, Sahni’s Enterprises, Inc. has been a manufacturer, and wholesale distributor of weight instruments, counterculture novelty products, and non-perishable consumer goods. The company distributes its flagship products to distributors, convenience stores, and retail shops. Products are sold through Sahni’s two major divisions: American Weigh Wholesale, LLC and #1 Wholesale, LLC. Currently, the company sells roughly 20%-30% to distributors/wholesalers and the rest to retailers and consumers. Sahni’s Enterprises has predominately served the business-tobusiness (B2B) wholesaler/distributor market since its incorporation. Sahni’s Enterprises operates out of a 170,000-square-foot facility in metro Atlanta, Georgia, conveniently located less than 2 miles off from 2 major interstates. It houses the corporate headquarters and extensive warehouse operations for all of its brands, with 34ft ceilings to maximize 4 row pallet storage. This multi-brand enterprise includes 23 retail locations in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee, along with experienced staff in the United States. The U.S. staff oversees our manufacturing, importation, distribution of wholesale goods, E-Commerce businesses, and weighing calibration services. Our team encourages collaboration and partnerships that result in new innovation and products.

Gary Sahni | Chief Executive Officer Mr. Sahni has a truly inspirational story that motivates us all. Gary is a self-made entrepreneur working since he was 15 years old. Gary worked several jobs growing up that motivated him to be successful. Gary as a young man was on a mission to build up his own business. His education stemmed from an Associate’s Degree in Marketing in 2001 from Ricoh University in New Jersey. His vision, hard work, and resilience eventually brought him in Atlanta, GA where he opened his first gift store. Gary would often worked throughout the night to stay competitive, working through debt. He kept pushing forward to bring him closer to success. Mr. Gary Sahni Founder, CEO, and sole owner of Sahni’s Enterprises since 2001, is actively involved in the day-today operations of the business. Through time Gary accrued extensive knowledge in the commercial and industrial sectors that Sahni’s Industries is involved with. Gary specializes in product sourcing, product development, and having the vision of opportunity.

He personally negotiates the terms and conditions pertaining to the production and purchasing. Mr. Sahni takes communication seriously. As an International businessman he has learned 5 languages which include English, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, and some Chinese, which helps him comfortably negotiate with his international suppliers. He is a past recipient of the Great British Entrepreneur Award, also known as the Bahara Gaurev, which means proud citizen. MANAGEMENT TEAM Winnie Sahni | Vice President of Finance & Operations • Mrs. Sahni overseas bank accounts and ensures that best practices and fraud controls are applied, while also managing the office and accounting functions. • The spouse of Mr. Sahni, she has worked for the company for 16 years. • Mrs. Sahni has extensive experience in the banking industry, having worked at the international ICICI Bank in India in accounting and as a call service administrator. • She has a Master’s Degree in Literature from Bombay University of Literature and is PhD. qualified.

Jay Pabla | Director of Sales & Operations • Mr. Pabla overseas daily operations along with Mr. Sahni and keeps Mr. Sahni up to date when he is working overseas. • Responsible for sales and marketing, Mr. Pabla works with the inside and outside sales teams to achieve company goals. He also deals directly with high grossing buyers to build trusting relationships, as an essential part of the Sahni’s Enterprises philosophy. • A 12-year employee of Sahni’s Enterprises, Mr. Pabla began as a salesperson and quickly became sales manager, moving into his current position in 2017. Prior to joining Sahni’s Enterprises, Mr. Pabla gained extensive retail experience as an owner of three cell phone stores in New York. • As a dedicated employee who cares about his work, Mr. Pabla has been salesperson of the month several times, sales manager of the quarter, employee of the year, and has even been named Sahni’s Enterprises Most Valuable Player (MVP). • Mr. Pabla is a graduate of the New York City College of technology where he earned a Master’s Degree in Accounting.

Mr. McConchie serves the organization with a Commercial focus and is part of the Senior Management Team

His background stems from a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from The University of Alabama with a focus in Marketing. His career has extended over to technical & emerging markets which includes Life Sciences, R&D, Engineering, Nutraceuticals, Vitamins, and Animal Health.

Ricky Munoz | Warehouse Director •

Mr. Munoz oversees the daily operations of the warehouse including shipping, receiving, and inventory.

Having over 10 years of warehouse management experience, Mr. Munoz excels in directing warehouse personnel and ensuring the daily workload is delegated properly.

Additionally, Mr. Munoz ensures on-time delivery by running a tight-ship and effectively communicating work tasks.

He has previously studied business management, applying what he has learned every day in the 3 years he has worked with Sahni’s Enterprises.

Our Sahni’s sales professionals attend weekly sales training to develop new sales skills and refresh old ones. The office staff and warehousing teams have special training tools available to better themselves, and others. Employees also have access to development opportunities through GA Worksource, the first unified brand ever associated with Georgia‘s workforce system. It targets job seekers, workforce development practitioners, education leaders and citizens at large. The statewide brand, developed in partnership with The Blue Sky Agency, also features nineteen unique brands to represent each of the state‘s nineteen LWDAs. Using WIOA funding, the GDEcD Workforce Division will provide financial support to each LWDA in the implementation and adoption of the new brand.

Bringing jobs to Americans Our goal for 2021 is to have all of our manufacturing done right here in the U.S.A.! We pride ourselves on serving our community and creating jobs for hard working Americans. According to advocacy group Reshoring Initiative, the number of jobs being reshored by U.S. companies has increased more than tenfold since 2010.
