Methodology: The2021surveywasdistributedbyCareerServicestoundergraduateandgraduate studentswhograduatedinDecember2020andMayortheSummerof2021.Eachgraduatereceivedanemail withalinktothesurveyandapapercopyofthesurveybyregularmailinNovember.Twomonths later,in January,non-respondentswerecontactedagainbyemailandregularmail.Faculty,staff,advisors,and academicdepartmentswerethencontactedtoobtainanyavailablepost-graduationinformationfornonrespondents.Inadditiontothemailingsandfacultycontact,follow-upemailsandphonecallsweremadeto non-respondents.Socialmediatools(LinkedIn,Facebook,andGoogle)werealsousedtoretrievegraduate information.
