Dylan Gordon Wellspan Health Network Physician Assistant (family medicine, urgent care and ER )"Without the numerous connections SFU offered, I may not have the position I do currently.
I absolutely love my job, but more importantly I love who I became after a college experience at SFU
Looking back from when I was a freshman on campus to now, working in my desired career, is gratifying.
SFU truly does allow you to Become that Someone. "
Methodology: The 2022 survey was distributed to undergraduate and graduate students who graduated in December 2021 and May or the Summer of 2022. Each graduate received an email with a link to the survey and a paper copy of the survey by regular mail in November. Two months later, in January, non-respondents were contacted again by email and regular mail. Faculty, staff, advisors, and academic departments were then contacted to obtain any available postgraduation information for non-respondents In addition to the mailings and faculty contact, follow-up emails and phone calls were made to non-respondents Social media tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google) were also used to retrieve graduate information

"My journey at SFU was eventful to say the least. It taught me who I wanted to be both in my professional life and personal life. Through the work we completed in the classroom I grew into a well equipped adult with a rigorous plan on how I would transform my life through my career path.
Without the moral lessons I was taught from my professors I would not have the grip I do now on where I want to go in life. Through the many highs and lows through my university journey, I made it out of Loretto with a strong sense of self and endless sight of possibilities."

"I am currently working full time hours and getting experience in inpatient rehab, longterm acute care, SNF, and a hospital which allows me to work in ortho + ER settings. I see a wide variety of patients everyday and I'm continuing to learn more about OT. SFU gave me a great opportunity to get the rest of my life started. The OT program is wonderful and provides students with everything they need to be successful."

"My First Destination after SFU graduation was the Basic Officer leadership course for ten weeks of Army training at the Medical Center of Excellence, at Fort Sam Houston (San Antonio, TX).
After graduating Basic Officer Leadership course, I went directly to my first duty station, Fort Bliss (El Paso, TX). I am currently working on the medical floor of the almost brand-new 1.1 million-square-foot William Beaumont Army Medical Center.
I want to thank the Nursing faculty for providing me with the knowledge I have and I look forward to expanding that knowledge here at William Beaumont.
