Tuesdays - May 30, June 6, 13, 20 from 6:00 to 7:00 PM in the Marian Room All skill levels, ages 15 and over Instructor: Mary Lou de Venoge Bring a friend, an exercise mat, light weights, and a water bottle RSVP by May 24th; register at https://saintmarysmanhasset.org/ﬁtness-fundraiser Each class will feature deep breathing, stretching, cardio, light weights, and balance exercises. They will conclude with a prayer or a reﬂection.

Society of St. Vincent de Paul

Last Thursday, we celebrated the feast of the Ascension. We are reminded that Christ’s saving work on earth continues through his disciples…and now through us. Is there a family you know who needs assistance? Please call the Society of St. Vincent de Paul so that together we can bring peace to those who are hungry.

Our St. Vincent de Paul Conference is able to help our neighbors in need through the generosity of our St. Mary’s parishioners. Each time you donate, either through the collection slots at the doors of the church, or in an envelope marked for St. Vincent de Paul, you are helping our neighbors within St. Mary’s Parish.
