Saint Viator offers a myriad of academic fine and performing art classes — from concert and symphonic band to digital music and production, there’s a class to explore your passion.
Over the past 9 years, we have been fortunate to have all four of our children attend Saint Viator High School. Throughout their time here, our family has been deeply involved in the arts, as music and song have filled our home every day. The Saint Viator choirs, musicals, plays, and the support of the Patron of the Arts have truly made our family’s experience complete.

My family chose Saint Viator because it embodies the elements we consider the most important in a high school education: academic excellence, a life of service, a faith-based community, and a wide variety of extracurricular activities.
I would not be the person I am today without all of the wonderful people at Saint Viator and the many opportunities that continue to be given to me. Saint Viator provides students with countless opportunities to grow into strong young adults with a sense of purpose, confidence, service, and faith. I feel incredibly fortunate to be at this school and could not imagine going anywhere else. The people that I have met at Saint Viator High School have changed my life for the better.

SUPPORT FOR STUDENTS
At Saint Viator High School, we believe that every student possesses skills, qualities, and experiences that are uniquely their own. Our community offers a variety of support systems to help each student achieve their personal best.
Peer Tutoring
The Peer Tutoring program at Saint Viator is a student-run endeavor. Every student has the opportunity to sign up with a peer tutor during their study hall periods, before, or after school. Nearly all subjects are represented with the number of peer tutors and subjects growing every year.
Scanlan Center
Our highly recognized Scanlan Center serves students who have the potential to succeed academically, but might require more individualized support to excel in Saint Viator’s rigorous college-preparatory curriculum.
Students accepted into the program have diagnosed learning differences, an Individual Learning Plan (IEP), a 504 Plan, Other Health Impairments (OHI), Response to Intervention (RTI) plans, a current psycho-educational evaluation report, neuropsychological evaluation report, or qualify for services through a case evaluation by Saint Viator staff.
Counseling
The Saint Viator Counseling Department collaborates with students, families, teachers, administrators, and other partners to provide a comprehensive counseling program to meet the academic, social-emotional, college, and career needs of our students.
Saint Viator feels more like a home than an institution. We are impressed with the teachers in the Scanlan program. Our son has learning challenges and has thrived with the smaller class sizes and the help of the Scanlan program. He has gained confidence in himself.

INVESTING IN THE FUTURE
Saint Viator High School is devoted to preparing all students to succeed. From our rigorous coursework and dedicated faculty to our supportive community and impassioned alumni, Saint Viator provides opportunities and services to help students achieve their goals. Each year, over 40% of students take AP exams, accelerating their college path and earning college credits while at Saint Viator. Our college counselor works hand-in-hand with the students and their families to guide them along their educational journey and assist them in finding their right path.
From the first day of my freshman year to my current senior year, I have seen myself grow, not just academically, but spiritually and personally. Saint Viator offers a balanced blend of challenge and support. This environment has taught me resilience and perseverance, qualities I know will serve me well later in life.
The school’s commitment to holistic education is evident. It’s not just about academic achievements: it’s about nurturing well-rounded individuals. To the future students of Saint Viator, I have one solid piece of advice — cherish every moment of your high school journey. Dive into the plethora of opportunities that come your way. The more you immerse yourself in the Viatorian community, the richer your high school experience becomes.

“Saint Viator provides a welcoming and supportive environment in which students thrive.
As a family that has personal experience with both public and now private high schools, I can honestly say that Saint Viator practices what it preaches. The college counseling department is thorough and energetic, academics are challenging, sports are competitive, and the arts are alive at this school. Best move we’ve ever made. We are Lions for Life.

Studying and living in the U.S. has helped me grow socially and exposed me to more diverse ideas and people than I would have had the opportunity to interact with in Korea.
At Saint Viator, I was able to make friends with students from a variety of backgrounds, and through this more expansive social network, I have engaged with people whose life experiences greatly differ from my own. This experience was invaluable and has helped me grow and prepare for my life at an American university, and for working in a globally connected world.
