Troparion – Tone 4 (Holy Martyrs) Thy holy martyrs Onesiphórus and Porphýrius, O Lord, through their sufferings have received incorruptible crowns from Thee, our God. For having Thy strength, they laid low their adversaries, and shattered the powerless boldness of demons.//Through their intercessions, save our souls!

Troparion – Tone8 (Venerable Matrona) The image of God was truly preserved in thee, O Mother, for thou tookest up the cross and followed Christ. By so doing thou hast taught us to disregard the flesh for it passes away, but to care instead for the soul since it is immortal.//Therefore thy spirit, O holy Mother Matróna, rejoices with the Angels.

Kontakion – Tone 5 (Resurrection) Thou didst descend into hell, O my Savior, shattering its gates as Almighty, resurrecting the dead as Creator, and destroying the sting of death. Thou hast delivered Adam from the curse, O Lover of man,//and we cry to Thee: “O Lord, save us!”

Kontakion – Tone 8 (St. Vladimir) See Insert Kontakion – Tone 2 (Holy Martyrs) The pair of glorious martyrs, Onesiphórus and Porphýrius, endured their suffering with strength, dashing down to the earth the arrogance of the enemy, and shining with the grace of the uncreated Trinity; together with the Angels, they unceasingly pray for us all.

Kontakion – Tone 8 (Venerable Matrona) Thou didst pass through the storm of life without faltering, O chosen and godly Mother Matróna, guided to the harbor of life, where thou singest hymns to the Deliverer. Thou ever prayest that Christ may grant us grace and mercy;//thou preservest the flock which thou hast painstakingly gathered.

Troparion – Tone 6 (Theotokos – See Insert) Epistle – Gal. 6:11-18 Gospel – Luke 8:41-56 Love being with each other! Love being with the Lord! Love sharing God’s love!
