Office 2008
Office Project: East Delhi, India The starting point: Mr. Sarabjeet, a businessman, arrived at our home office and explained that he was interested in interior design services for a new office space he had recently acquired. The architects: My father and I were the prime architects and interior designers for this project. Our company, 5 Elements, was given this project. Objective and design : This space was originally a showroom, but the client wanted to convert the area into a marketing office space. It was a challenging yet interesting project. The drawings included in this portfolio are the various typologies created for the interior layout, for best utilization of the space.
The original floor plan was measured first‌

Due to its increasing popularity, the owner of the restaurant opened a new branch for this restaurant. The architects: This project was given to D’zine Lab, a small-scale architecture office in Delhi, and I assisted the client with the new layout for the restaurant. Objective and design: The objective was to reflect the Arab culture in the restaurant space, and special niche designs, jaali and interior were requested by the owner. The drawings included are the ground floor layout , floor plan, RCP, wall design, and a few views.
Furniture Layout
Residential 2010
Residential project: Noida, India The starting point: Dr. Rishi K Gupta, a retired Major from the Army, and his wife Mrs. Neelam Gupta, were moving into a new house after retirement. They approached us about redesigning the interior layout for their new house, which was a very simple and neutral environment, unlike the luxurious army style apartments they lived in before. The architects: My dad and I were the prime architects and Interior designers for this project. Our company, 5 Elements, was given this project. Objective and design: The objective was to redesign the interior for the house, give it more vibrant colors, and make it more spacious. New spaces were taken out (within the restrictions of the main walls, which we could not remove). The porch was also designed for a small casual sitting area, to enjoy the morning tea, with a newspaper in the hand.
Let’s begin the journey‌Re-designed boundary wall for the house
The living room: with vibrant colors, and luxurious looks
Ceiling design for living room
Draperies in living room
The client loved to decorate corners and so we left that space to her originality
The Indian style kitchen, with a modern look and storage
This kitchen also had wet and dry areas
Vibrant colors added to bedroom walls with textured wall finish using concrete tiles
The casual sitting area designed for the porch
Residential project: Delhi, India The starting point: This is my house. The architects: My father and I were the architects and interior designers for this project. Our company, 5 Elements, was given this project. Objective and design: The objective was to redesign the interior for the house, as we had water retention problems inside the house. Being on the ground level, the water has surprisingly started moving upwards from the foundation, leading to the process of reverse osmosis. Due to that issue, seepage was appearing in the walls. And that’s when we applied our skills to redesign the walls, by adding concrete tiles on the walls , and thus giving the walls a great texture as well.

Lights replaced by small chandeliers, giving the room a unique look
False ceiling designed with lighting inside. This is right above the dining table, so it provides a soothing look to the table at dinner time
