All participant in order to obtain fullest benefit from the ritual of the 9 Deities Long Life puja must able to comprehend the procedure during the ritual and act accordingly. This Puja starts at 3rd Feb 2012 to 5th Feb 2012 at the Main hall. 3 Feb Fri: 4-8pm 4 Feb Sat: 9am-12n (2.30-6pm: Lenchag Torma) 5 Feb Sun: 3-6pm
The procedures are： On 5 Feb Sun: 2.00pm: Release of life: Recite and participate in life releasing. Especially leasing lives that are sure to be killed will have strong effect 1. Starts with the Offerings to the 9 long life deities Tune our mind to follow the sequence and visualized the offering being offered 2. Kymdro - Taking refuge to the triple gem 3. Generation of Enlightenment Thought to get the right motivation. 4. Seven Fold Prayers for purification of all sins and obscuration of oneself 5. Meditating on the 4 Limitless Thoughts to develop compassion 6. Chanting the Emptiness Mantra "Om Svabhava suddha sarva dharma svabhava suddho Hum. " for creation 7. a. Self Creation: From the lotus, moon disc appears a red syllable "Hrih" Oneself arises as Amitayu From the Hrih, Light shine out from the seed syllable and touches all sentient beings purifying their sins and obscuration. Recitation of Mantra b. Front Creation Then in front of oneself appears a lotus, moon disc and from the Hrih manifests Amitayu. From the Heart of Amitayu, light rays issue out and purified all the sentient of their negative karma.. Recitation of Mantra c. TheVase Puja: There are 2 vases and they are connected to Dorje Loppon during the Puja. The vase internal is divided into 3 parts. At the bottom third the Vase is filled with water. Above the water at the mid third, Amitayus is created surround by the 9 long life deities and all the Buddha and Bodhisattva. The upper third of the inner space is emptiness. On top of this Vase, one places a Conch Shell which contains plain water. At the end of this section vase Puja, the water is being put into the vase. Thinks that when the water mix with the deities they become non differentiated. This 'powerful 'water will then be offered to all participants giving them very good blessing. At the same time also bless the lives that are going to be release (Release of Life can be done at this point of time also) Continue with the Puja. 1. Torma Offering to the 9 deities. 2. Offering to the 4 directional goddesses 3. Offer to Junpo and lesser goddess 4. Offer to nagas 5. Offer to demon and harmful spirits Short empowerment on the 6 Auspicious Senses (photo cards) then give blessings to the participants. 2nd short empowerment on the 8 Auspicious Substances (photo cards) then give blessing to the participants. At the end of the Puja do offerings to the 9 deities - Chant Auspicious Prayers and Dedications - Recite the Lineage Guru Prayers - Distribution if Nectar Pills

After distribute the Nectar Pills made from barley powder (Champa), consume them with madana (alcohol). Visualize them as nectar that benefit oneself when consumed. - Presentation of Khatag and gift items to sponsors with blessing and appreciation - Dro la Day Kyid to end the session on the final day. Note: The sequence of the Puja performed may varies with different Lamas.

There will be performance of three-day puja of Nine-Diety Amitayush which will be followed by a blessing – ritual to public through Seven Royal Dignitaries and Fight Auspicious substances on the last day. Benefit of doing such ritual There are numerous benefits of performing this type of ritual. Eminent among them is the ritual will eradicate Mara of Death. For example, even if one has life-span of sixty years, due to certain obstacles one may die early. This ritual will ensure one a longer life. Seven Royal Dignitaries: 1. Chakra-Ratna 2. Mani-Ratna 3.
