Aerial Dance, Bounce Fit, Cold Water Immersion, Floating Mindfulness, Hyperice Recovery Zone, Live DJs, Mindset coaching, Street Dance, Tai Chi, TRX Workshops and Workouts, Yoga, Zumba, and much more to experience and try out over the weekend.

We will be joined by internationallyrecognised fitness brands, including TRX and Hyperice, and Gunwharf Quays partners such as
A special thank you to our host venue, Gunwharf Quays, for their support in our quest to inspire active lifestyles in our community and beyond.
