It ’s completely irrelevant what the goal : an ultimate challenge on one north face or another, an elegant boulder field on the valley floor, or a fantastic and joyful view to the next rise .... The feeling of the mountains inspires; it frees the spirit, and strengthens the heart and soul .... You begin to truly tune into your feelings and your surroundings, ... and you also bring these images back home to your everyday life . The power of the mountains can also be felt in the change of weather, an approaching thunderstorm or a snow storm.... The power is there for you to transform into positive energy for the workaday world . And when the storm roars, the cozy warmth spread by the fire in the hearth reminds you of the moments in the mountains that were strenuous, even dangerous,... of situations that you conquered . It ’s human nature to search for your limits and , then , to push beyond them and to grow them. The mountain is thus a goal and at the same time a source of endless energy. That ’s why we carry the mountain spirit with us always!
