The Northern Care Alliance (NCA) is the group of hospitals formed by Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust and Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust.

The group already employs nearly 20,000 people, all working hard to make a valuable contribution to the communities they serve.

The NCA has launched a new employer brand and careers website to help anyone considering joining the team. By pulling together new imagery and a strong brand, the NCA will be better equipped to attract, recruit and retain the best talent around.
