What to do with a faded-out blonde that looks lackluster and a tad too warm? The Demi Pearl shades are a perfect quick solution for this type of challenge. A fast 5-20 minute processing time will tone, refine and bring back the shine in a simple service upgrade that turns heads.

1 well-rounded scoop SynchroLift®+ with 2 oz. (60 g/ml) 20 volume Paul Mitchell® Cream Developer
Formula 2 | Tone & Refine
2 oz. (60 g/ml) The Demi 9P (9/8) + 2 oz. (60 g/ml) Paul Mitchell® Processing Liquid
Color | Steps
1. Begin the application at the front hairline with two backto-back babylights using Formula 1.
2. Working off a center part, start foiling about a ¼-inch away from your hairline foils. Take ¼-inch diagonal sections, skim off of the top and foil using Formula 1.
3. Repeat this pattern until you reach the back of the head then mirror on the opposite side.
6. At the low crown take a horizontal ¼-inch section, skim off of the top and foil using Formula 1. Alternate between weaves and slices until you reach the top of the head.
7. Process until desired lightness, then rinse and shampoo with Paul Mitchell® Color Protect® Post Color Shampoo.
8. Towel-dry and apply Formula 2 to tone and refine from base to ends. Process for 20 minutes.
4. In the back divide into two segments, creating a back center dividing line.
5. Take a ½-inch section, skim off of the top and foil using Formula 1. Stop when you reach the low crown and repeat on the opposite side.
9. Rinse, Shampoo with Paul Mitchell® Color Protect® Post Color Shampoo and condition.

2. Begin application in the back segment applying from base to ends on dry hair.
3. Once the back segments have been applied, move to the front.
4. Process for 20 minutes.
5. Rinse and shampoo with Paul Mitchell® Color Protect® Post Color Shampoo and condition.
