This loyalty programme combines and replaces the Signature Salon Programme and Pigment Points Programme. The NEW Perks Programme is here to reward you and help you save money on professional costs, merchandising and marketing materials. Use your points to elevate your salon services and enjoy endless added value.

Redeem them on any items you see available in this menu. Pay with Points to stock up your Wash House and Color Bar, to kit out your stylists with technology-driven tools and accessories, to merchandise your salon and create personalised POP material.
Eco friendly & disposable items
Use your Points to buy single use Scrummi or Vogetti® Disposable Towels, ensuring every guest has a fresh towel and saving on endless hours and energy washing towels.
You can also use Points to buy Paper Not Foil, the eco friendly alternative to meche and foils that is the first truly sustainable alternative, with no toxic waste in production or disposal.

Personalised marketing materials
Create your own personalised POP for your salon. We can create different size posters, roll banners, shelf talkers and large format graphics – all to your specifications, sizes and with your salon name on. How Perks Work
We have merged the Signature Salon Points and Pigment Points programmes into the NEW Perks Programme. The way you earn points remains the same; 1 point for every £1 spent. Joining is automatic so there’s no need to sign up, the way you spend points is slightly different but with all the same great benefits.
You will automatically become a member of the Perks Programme as soon as you begin ordering qualifying John Paul Mitchell Systems® products from Salon Success. You can earn points in two ways, this could be through point one or point two below, or even both:
1) You order any Paul Mitchell® Professional Hair Color products
2) You order an average of £600 per month of John Paul Mitchell Systems® retail brands
Points are accrued on purchases of all eligible products, earning 1 point for every £1 spent, net of VAT, and can be redeemed against a selection of products, accessories, tools and personalised materials.
FAQs
Do points expire?
Just like the previous programmes, points expire after two years when they will be automatically deducted from your points total. Points will also be deducted after a period of six months inactivity on your account i.e. if you do not purchase any Paul Mitchell® Professional Hair Color or qualifying John Paul Mitchell Systems® products from Salon Success for a continuous period of six months.
How do I spend my points?
When placing your order please let Club Services know you wish to pay for items with points. They will create a separate order for your Perks purchases which will be paid for using your points balance. We have enclosed a copy of the Perks Programme Menu showing all the items you can purchase with your points.
How can I find out how many points I have?
You can ask our friendly Club Services team at any time for your current Points balance, just give them a call on the usual number 0845 6590011
What
Systems® retail brands?
Don’t worry, our Club Services team will let you know if you need to increase your spend to continue to accrue points. The £600 per month spend is calculated as an average over a six month period, so you could spend £300 one month and £900 another month, so long as the six month average works out as £600 per month net of VAT.
If I don’t spend the minimum £600 per month on John Paul Mitchell Systems® retail brands, will I lose my points?
No. Your points are yours to spend and will be valid for two years. However you will not accrue any more points for a period of six months when your average spend will be calculated again. At this point if the minimum spend is met, you will begin earning points again automatically.
Can I part pay with points?
Yes you can when buying products (shampoo, conditioner, styling, colour, accessories). If you have insufficient points when purchasing these items, you can use your points towards the total cost of that product.
For example a product costing 100 points could be paid for using 80 points and the rest paid in sterling.
How will Perks Points show up on my invoices?
A separate order will be created for your Perks purchases, resulting in a separate invoice. Perks purchases will show as loyalty points payment.
