The design was nominated for the New London Award 2017 as one of the best British Architectural Projects in Africa. With an efficient and flexible modular design, inclusive of greenery, and outdoor spaces, underground parking, roof seating areas & spacious lobbies, Smart Village East, is meant to be the new destination for firms and corporations seeking distinction within Egypt. Smart Village East, is comprised of 12 buildings. The business park is situated on Cairo-Ismalia Road and within close proximity to the Main Entrance of Alburouj. Within the community, it enjoys an ideal location in the mixed-use strip, between Alburouj Cultural Center and Alburouj Grand Mosque. With accessibility to retail and F&B outlets, the tenants of Smart Village East enjoy the convenience of amenities and facilities offered by Alburouj.

DE SIGN PHILOSOPHY Reaching beyond the business aspect, Alburouj Business Park-Smart Village East, offers an enriching and fully integrated work experience, reflected in the design philosophy, with a spine running through a series of F&B and retail outlets, dispersed and skillfully merged with the public amenities, water features, plants and the seated areas. Carefully studying the shading and manipulation of lighting, the Business Park remains lit in an eye comforting and aesthetically pleasing manner. The open design, brings out the social aspect of business, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere to conduct meetings, expand your network, or regroup your thoughts for increased focus and productivity.
