Q: When should I arrive for my treatment? A: For facial, massage and body treatments arrive 15mins prior to your appointment time, to complete any induction forms and to prepare for your experience. Q: What happens if I am late for my appointment? A: This may result in your treatment time being cut short, as timings for subsequent guests have to be maintained. Q: What if I have a health concern? A: Please inform the front of house team when booking your appointment if you have any health concerns that you feel we should be aware of.

Q: Why do I have to pay a deposit? A: Deposit’s are required to guarantee any appointment over 1hr.
Q: Do the treatment timings include the consultation in this time? A: Yes a 55min facial for example includes the consultation, forms to complete and the treatment.
Q: What happens if I cancel my appointment? A: Any cancellation made without 24hours notice will incur a 100% cancellation charge. If on a course one of the treatments on the course will be signed off.
Q: What is a patch test? A: Patch tests for IPL, Lashes and tinting services are carried out 24-48hrs prior to your treatment to ensure you don’t have any reaction or allergies to the service.
Q: Can I bring children into the Spa? A: Children are not permitted in the treatment rooms or relaxation area. We respectfully ask that children under the age of 13 do not come with you for your appointment. This is for health and safety and to respect other guests having treatments.
Q: What does SP, M, S and T mean? A: This relates to the experience a therapist has and reflects on their on-going training programme. SP= Specialist, M = Management, S = Senior Therapist, T = Therapist.
