We will re-open on July 4th

We will telephone you to book your appointment
•
When you book an appointment a 25% Booking Fee will be taken over the telephone. This is non-refundable but if you give at least 48 hours
notice to move or cancel your appointment it will be held for your next appointment

Social distancing measures have been introduced to the salon by moving furniture around
•
There will be screens on the nail desk & at reception
•
All surfaces, equipment and work areas will be thoroughly disinfected in between every client.
•
We have taken appropriate courses in Safety and Hygiene to help maintain our high standards thought this Corona Pandemic.
Staff will wear appropriate PPE, disposable gloves, face masks, visors, disposable aprons

Hand sanitising gel will be provided at various points of the salon
•
All clients will need to have an appointment, no non-appointment clients
•

Online booking will be temporarily turned off, this is to allow for compliance with the social distancing rules and to allow for staggered appointments.

Consultations will, for now, become virtual, if you have any specific requirements or advice on services these will now take place via email, then if required over FaceTime or Zoom to discuss your hair or beauty appointments.
PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE SALON IF YOU FEEL UNWELL OR HAVE A TEMPERATURE

Telephone the salon as soon as possible so that we let someone else have the chance of taking your appointment

Your Booking Fee will be held for your next appointment
•
All clients need to wear a face covering whilst in the salon
•
You will need to arrive at your appointment on time as the waiting area will be unavailable
•
As we won’t have any chairs for anyone to sit & wait you will have to come alone, sorry children are only allowed if they’re having their hair done
•
Please only bring you handbag & not any shopping to limit crosscontamination
•
We won’t be able to serve any drinks or provide magazines, please bring your own & take it home with you
•
Arrive on time for your appointment as you won’t be able to wait inside but do not be late as it may limit what we can do for you
