Application Pack Choir!
We’re really excited that you would like to be a part of Straight Ahead Youth
We are a group who exist to bring young people together through a shared interest in music to become better musicians, to hang out with other young people, worship God and to develop as Christians within a Christian community. To make sure that we keep you up to date with all the latest news and events, and to make sure that you are as safe as possible when you’re with Straight Ahead, we do need you to fill in the following application with whoever has parental responsibility for you (if you’re over 18 you can fill this all in yourself). Please fill in the following and return it to a member of the Straight Ahead team, or post it to: The Salvation Army Maldon Road Hatfield Peverel CM3 2HL If you need any more information or have any questions, please talk to a member of the team or contact Ben Still on: Phone – 01245 383013 Email – ben.still@salvationarmy.org.uk Thank you!
